The carer supports my mum very well. She is an outstanding lady who truly cares. She has become part of our family and provides insightful advice to support my mum's condition. She has received support from Verity Healthcare management, to train in massaging and so she is able to massage my mum perfectly. The massages help to alleviate my mum's pain and so she is able to sleep. The carer supports my mum to take measured risks to walk into her garden and enjoy her hobby and at the same time to exercise herself, especially her legs. Verity Healthcare Management is brilliant, especially one member of staff in particular. I can call her anytime and she would be there to listen and act on my requests for further help.
