Overall Experience

In general, the care provided to Isabella has been good. The carers provide and cater to Isabella's needs very well. Mariam, Grace and Comfort have been good to her aswell as Saidat, Sheepa and Amy, but in particular Grace, Comfort and Mariam. The care provided by Verity Health Centre has been good.

I am writing to formally express gratitude for the care and service provided by Joyce.
Joyce has been amazing support for our Son, showing care compassion and respect.
Our son has shown a marked improvement in his confidence and assertiveness, when traveling out and about with Joyce. He really looks

I have support to help me learn to try out new things like cooking. I also get support on how to manage my finances.
I get support for my appointments as well.

Indhu is a true blessing in my life and a huge help. I couldn't wish for a better carer. Farhana is also so easy to work with and has helped with all administrative questions I've had. It was a bit of a confusion in the beginning with sorting out my care but once we overcame that everything has been

The care offered is of good quality and we are happy with Zannat's performance. However a couple of times she arrived very late due to delay with the previous client and also transport issues. The agency should not allocate carers to clients who live far in between causing the carer lateness and causing

anxiety among the client and family. During Zannat's days off Locum carers who come in have missed administering medication twice which I am unhappy about

My overall experience with the service is been very good, the efficient and reliable. Honest & kind.
I am satisfied but you can be more diversified and there are languages barrier. E.g. English language & communications can be a struggle with the carers. But they are caring.

Overall Experience

I have been a Verity Care Client for over 2 years and the service has become better and better over time, so that the standard of care you expect is excellent. Over the week I have different carers on different days which works very well and makes me look forward to their visits. They are kind, honest,

highly trustworthy and well trained carers. It's perhaps a myth that you might think of carers for older adults, but I'm probably one of the younger ones and they are all excellent and really aim to please me. I think Verity Care Services provides an excellent service and standard of care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Like the staff at work they are very nice I go to transport with staff I like my neighbours I enjoy going any shopping my medication my flat in morning.

I have how the carers support me to go movies, shopping, bowling, tea parties, nature walk, karaoke and more. I love how the carers to help me in the morning with my breakfast, lunch and dinner. I love how the carers support me to do my chores every Friday.
