Overall Experience
I have been cared for by this company for the past 4 weeks. So far the standard of
care I have received has been very good. They turn up on time, traffic permitting.

They are very polite and make me feel at ease. They never leave without asking me or my wife if there is anything we need doing. I am very pleased overall with the care I am getting.

Today marks the end of my short-term medical reliance on your excellent care service provided by Shaikh.
He has done you a great deal of credit, being hardworking, obliging and with my best interests always being considered.

I am now recovering and have learnt to be more self-reliant and therefore the arrangement has come to a natural end but I will have no hesitation in recommending your services in the future.

Overall Experience
We are very pleased with the support provided by one of the carers looking after my father. He has built a strong and trusting relationship with him in a short time. The carer communicates clearly, shows genuine care, and maintains a high level of professionalism at all times. It's reassuring to see my father so well looked after.
However, I am quite disappointed with the management side of the service. Communication has been lacking-there has been little to no effort made to keep in touch with our family or provide updates. It's been difficult to reach anyone when needed, which undermines confidence in the overall coordination of care.

The carer's dedication deserves recognition, but the management team would benefit from being more proactive and accessible.

Overall Experience

We are receiving excellent carer services from Blue Lilly Homecare with carers visiting four times a day taking care of my Dad's needs at home. The pool of carers attending are very friendly, attentive, excellent in communication, working in guidance with the District Nurse. We have regular meetings and calls with the manager and owners of Blue Lilly Homecare and iron out any issues quickly. I have no hesitation to recommend them for carer services.

The Team at Blue Lily Home Care are very supportive concerning the care of my Mum. Mum was previously in a Care home, I made the decision to bring her back home. The Management were compassionate and fully understanding of Mum's needs. Blue Lily Home Care have been providing their services for 15 Days now. We currently have a lovely Carer come in for an hour in the mornings for Showering/Washing etc. She then cleans the washroom and Mum's bedroom, she will do a little exercise with Mum to keep movement in her legs. Mum is 89 years old and extremely weak in her legs; she is unable to walk, she also has slight early Dementia. In addition, we have a Carer in for the night. The night care varies between three lovely ladies, whom Mum has quickly bonded with, so much so, she is more concerned about them than herself. Thankfully the Carers are prompt. Mum tends to get anxious that the Carer will not turn up, which has never happened. I would very much recommend Blue Lily Homecare.

My mother is very happy with her carer and feels confident with her washing and dressing abilities . She has a routine that she follows very well and is always punctual and friendly .The care team are also excellent at contacting me if they believe there is a problem.

We engaged Blue Lily for Homecare for my dear mother who has advanced dementia and is doubly incontinent.
They have simply been quite amazing in all aspects of the service they have provided. I can unreservedly state that they go above and beyond are expectations. The staff from managers to actual care workers were both professional and efficient.
The care workers, one in particular, were understanding and very compassionate towards my dear mother.

Would highly recommend Blue Lily for care for your loved ones.

I'm happy to recommend the Blue Lily Care agency, who have been very supportive in the care of my elderly brother over the past year or more. He has dementia, and a number of other severe health issues, including mobility problems, which render him effectively housebound. His Blue Lily helper has proved extremely helpful to him, providing both physical support and companionship. I have power of attorney for my brother, but live in a different part of the country. His helper is always easily contactable, and keeps me informed of any difficulties or issues that arise from time to time. He has always responsive to any suggestions I make regarding my brother's welfare.

The agency provide a valuable backup when needed. I'm really happy that we chose Blue Lily for my brother's care.

We had a great deal of support with carers sent to take after my dad. With a lot of attention to detail, treated with dignity and care. They gave the family the help required through difficult times, they dealt with the changes we saw day by day and catered to the needs for my dad and the whole family.

Reliable, compassionate, person-centred care, (at home!): Blue Lily Homecare provided an extremely high quality of care to my dying mother, at her home. Due to the gravity of my mother's various illnesses; I had to hire multiple care agencies. This was one of the best; I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
Consistent pool of carers. Carers always on time. Care call timings were always agreed-upon, thoughtful and consistent. (Executive staff even have a few ex-practicing medical doctors on-team); Therefore; the care standards are excellent! Punjabi/Urdu/Hindi speaking carers are a huge bonus! (in addition-to a fluent English speaking staff). Lastly; owners, managers and admin are extremely helpful, (and do their utmost best); to ensure needs of patient are met, (and again); to a very high standard, as set-fourth by: The CQC and UK Health and Social Care; Statutes and Legislation.

Excellent care agency, bar none, with no exception.

Overall Experience
Blue Lily carers came to my parents to provide care for my dad when he and my mum could no longer manage on their own and I was unable to be there 24/7.

All the carers treated both parents with respect and kindness and with Dad continued to maintain his dignity. Without them we would not have been able to care for Dad at home. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the carers and they would always give reassurance they were on hand. I can highly recommend Blue Li.y

Overall Experience

Blue Lily provided palliative care for my mother for a week before she was re-hospitalised and passed away. The carers were diligent and lovely to her, being patient with her needs and engaging her. This was a tremendous service and support to her and her family in her final days.
