My uncle was suffering from cancer. In his last few months, Blue Lily Home Care looked him after very well. We felt that the carers are like our family members, they were so kind to my uncle. They were very professional in dealing with him. The management was excellent, they responded us very quickly whenever we needed. Highly recommended company.

In the last weeks of my husband's life due to cancer Blue Lily Home Care looked after him as if he was a family member. I cannot praise his carers highly enough. They took care of everything needed and always ensured he was comfortable. They were the most caring of people and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for making his last days with us so rested and dignified.
Timekeeping is good and very supportive to my mum, as I and my sister live far from my parents. If any updates/changes, then they do let us know.
We were given this company by the hospital as my father is in the last stages of cancer, and we needed someone to support our mother to help care for our dad. The staff are very good, and if there are any issues with my dad, they contact us directly, so we can deal with the issue as we live in different areas. I don't have any negative feedback about the service.

I come from a background of teaching and working with early years for the last 20 years. I have learnt that respect goes a very long way, understood different aspects of child psychology and how their complex needs can be best managed.
I have a passion to cater for the needs of the elderly, I find it very important to help the community and support the vulnerable. I develop good working relationships with my clients and carers and liaise with all healthcare authorities and organisations. I have gained various Care Certificates and undergone mandatory training to understand the nature of the health and social care industry.
I've been engaged as the Director and the Nominated Person for the CQC for the last 4 years for Blue Lily Home Care. My key responsibility is to ensure manage and support the staff effectively, make certain all clients are being provided with good quality care and ensure the growth of Blue Lily Home Care Ltd.
I am an MBBS-qualified Medical Doctor from Sri Lanka with over 20 years of experience who completed a Master's in Public Health in 2018, at the University of Umeå, Sweden. During my medical career, I worked as a Senior Surgical House Officer.
I've been contributing to Blue Lily Home Care since 2019 as the Registered Manager.
My key responsibilities are to provide safe and quality care to the clients, oversee the smooth daily running of the company, manage the staff and the budget, payroll and invoicing, support and training the staff, liaise with all health care organisations and authorities, tailoring specific person-centred care plans, expand the growth of Blue Lily Home Care Ltd.
I started as a Care Assistant and grew my career in Health and Social Care in 2016 to what I am now.
During my long journey, I met a lot of vulnerable, lovely people who taught me that caring is a passion and a love not just a job. Making a difference in someone's life a better life is a success at the end of my day.
I am not just a qualified and experienced Carer, Team Leader or Supervisor but, I am also an Engineer of Ecology Vegetal and Environment, specialised in the Pathology of all Ecosystems who speaks three Languages.
My background knowledge and skills made me so sufficient and caring person who will ensure well-being, safety and the best life for people in need. I like commitment and following policies and procedures.
I am now a Care Coordinator and a Trainer with Blue Lily Home Care, and a mother of two lovely children who will continue to grow in this amazing field.
