Home Instead Carers looked after my parents for over 2 years. They were excellent and worth their weight in gold. They would go to the shop for messages, do housework, administer medication and have chats with my parents. They alleviated the stress from my sister and I. I would thoroughly recommend Home Instead.

My mum has been looked after by the Home Instead team since January. She was a bit reticent about carers coming in, however, the team at Home Instead worked with times to make it accessible. The care staff are kind and considerate and there is never any issue with any tasks. The office team have been very supportive with mum as she has had many hospital admissions and always ensure the best experience for her.

Any problems have always been addressed straightaway and properly and have only been personality clashes which can't be helped. Nothing to do with the standard of work or quality of care. Everyone is friendly, willing to help and caring.

Very responsive and supportive care provider. Management are knowledgeable and accommodating, even at short notice. All care provided is with efficiency, kindness and a smile, exceeding expectations. It's great to have continuity of care as this really matters to us, rather than having different people coming to visit.

The quality of care provided and the overall management are both excellent. All the carers are very kind, hard-working and diligent. They attend to all of my mother-in-law's needs competently and she loves them all. The management is always on hand to sort out any issues that arise and communication is always excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending this care agency.

I live in Northern Ireland so was unable to be with my mum as I would have liked but was always reassured that her carers would be in and I can honestly say she did not have a bad word to say about any of them. She always enjoyed the company and knowing she would see someone every day was very reassuring for me. Thank you all for taking care of my mum. She was a very special lady.

The care my father receives has been excellent from day one. Staff do every task competently and carefully. They go above and beyond when asked. My father is happy with the help. His sleep routine has improved, he is more alert and the service has made life much easier and less stressed all round. The care provider has matched staff to my father's needs and personality very well. We all get on very well with each other.

We have just started using Home Instead and the small team of carers are very easy to work with and professional.

Care provided for about 20 months. Always good and consistent.
