1) Changed morning times without being asked, once this had been sorted over weeks they have been very accommodating.
2) Not all carers know how to make breakfast.
3) Previously not all carers were willing to do the personal care.
4) Management does not return calls.

Very responsive and supportive care provider. Management are knowledgeable and accommodating, even at short notice. All care provided is with efficiency, kindness and a smile, exceeding expectations. It's great to have continuity of care as this really matters to us, rather than having different people
coming to visit.

The quality of care provided and the overall management are both excellent. All the carers are very kind, hard-working and diligent. They attend to all of my mother-in-law's needs competently and she loves them all. The management is always on hand to sort out any issues that arise and communication
is always excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending this care agency.

I live in Northern Ireland so was unable to be with my mum as I would have liked but was always reassured that her carers would be in and I can honestly say she did not have a bad word to say about any of them. She always enjoyed the company and knowing she would see someone every day was very reassuring
for me. Thank you all for taking care of my mum. She was a very special lady.

The care my father receives has been excellent from day one. Staff do every task competently and carefully. They go above and beyond when asked. My father is happy with the help. His sleep routine has improved, he is more alert and the service has made life much easier and less stressed all round. The
care provider has matched staff to my father's needs and personality very well. We all get on very well with each other.
