Extremely poor and unacceptable service from Kindcare. The standard of care my mother has received has been deeply concerning, and despite raising our complaints, nothing appears to have improved.

Visits have repeatedly been late, leaving my mother waiting for care when she is dependent on carers arriving at the agreed times. Even more concerning, her basic dignity and needs have not always been respected. She has been refused the opportunity to use her commode before bed and told to use her pad instead, while on another occasion the commode was left unemptied. This is completely unacceptable when providing care to a vulnerable person.

What is equally disturbing is the behaviour we have witnessed outside the front door, with carers discussing and moaning about the service user and her husband on the doorstep. This is disrespectful, unprofessional and completely inappropriate. A person receiving care should never be made to feel that carers are talking about them or complaining about

Carers and organisation team are fantastic. We're dealing with a complex situation and they are handling it really well. They have given us excellent advice and have handled the situation patiently.

Great carers with endless patience towards my aunt! Can pursuade her even when she does not want to comply in things and give her the care and support that she needs. Alway send a message upfront and willing to think along with us

We firstly thank you your service. It's our first time that we have needed Care for my elderly father. And obviously come out of hospital after seven weeks was a shock that he needed help . your service was the first that we came across from the hospital that kicked into place within the first hour of being home. We were introduced that the first person who assessed and then after that for the next six days so one continuous person for four visits today and then it dropped down to 3 visits today. my elderly diet needed help with toilet and shower. This person who I cannot name was amazing please look back on the records and see who that person was as they did that job so well so kindly showing real dignity to my father and we thanked him lots of being so kind. He was never late and was just absolutely super thank you again for your service.

Care company are amazing. Always available when needed even at short notice. My husband is really comfortable with the carers. And when possible has the same carer. Very happy . The care my husband has means he has a good quality of life and I enjoy the time I have with him.

I feel my values and needs are not dealt with correctly. The bureaucracy behind requests for jobs/tasks is inadequate. Skills and ability of tasks ill-equipped. Totally not suitable for people with mental health issues or needs. Timings can be quite out and vary day to day, not appropriate.

Care and services provided by Kindcare enable me to remain in my home and maintain my independent lifestyle which is very important to me .All the staff are kind,caring people who I regard as friends as well as carers

We gave been extremely pleased with the carers who have come in for our mum. They have been efficient and kind and kept mum clean and always looking presentable. I must especially praise one staff member in particular who has been so loving towards mum, seems to really get her and always laughs with her. Mum loves her company and has been very happy with all the ladies. Thank you so much for really caring.

All good occasional worries about where the carer is and timekeeping, but mostly Ok and appreciate the close attention paid to Mum for meds and other changes of notification. Two members of staff in particular are both diligent and friendly with Mum.

The team were always friendly, reliable and flexible. They kept us informed of any health concerns they had about mum and were able to easily adapt to changing circumstances. They always had a friendly word for the cat and if they had time left after their caring duties, would maybe dig out the broom and sweep the kitchen to be helpful.

Great service! Thank you for the support and a big thank you to the carers who helped me care for my mum.

Special thanks to all members of the staff team who made my brother's return home after a six-month hospital stay possible. I enjoyed working with them all.

We have been using KindCare for over a year now and couldn't be more pleased with their help. Our carers have all been excellent and efficient. We are always greeted with a smile and a general interest in our well-being. They care for my husband and look after him so well and always leave everything clean and tidy before they leave. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

I enjoy spending time with the employees; they make a good effort to talk and make me laugh. I can see that they genuinely care. They respect my wishes and my values. I thought it was really nice that I was helped with the paperwork at the start of our journey.

KindCare At Home is providing personal care service for my 80-year-old friend. They are very caring and helpful. KindCare staff are professional and respectful and treat my friend with dignity. I have observed the staff many times; they give care with respect. My friend is very happy and pleased with the care services he receives from KindCare. We are very grateful for your hard work and support.

For my mum, KindCare has been a true blessing. Their staff's degree of compassion and attention is absolutely impressive. She received the best care after her eye surgery. It is clear that the caregivers sincerely care about each person in their care as they go above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being. My mum has received outstanding care and support from KindCare, for which we are immensely appreciative. We are so grateful to them for their genuine impact on her life.

My auntie who was diagnosed with Dementia 3 years ago is now in the care of the manager and her team of carers. I can't thank them enough for their loving attention and extreme care for my auntie, who is so dear to me. It is devastating to see her memory and cognition fade day by day, and now faster and faster. Having the manager and her team see to her needs 24/7 has made the whole difference, as me and my cousins are really wearied by the whole thing. God bless you for your hard work!

Really good, friendly people - nothing too much trouble, wondered at the start how it was going to be. Really good, Kindcare are excellent and normally work to time, they are very busy, not surprisingly. Have helped us in many ways when I was not so good.
