We firstly thank you your service. It's our first time that we have needed Care for my elderly father. And obviously come out of hospital after seven weeks was a shock that he needed help . your service was the first that we came across from the hospital that kicked into place within the first hour of being home. We were introduced that the first person who assessed and then after that for the next six days so one continuous person for four visits today and then it dropped down to 3 visits today. my elderly diet needed help with toilet and shower. This person who I cannot name was amazing please look back on the records and see who that person was as they did that job so well so kindly showing real dignity to my father and we thanked him lots of being so kind. He was never late and was just absolutely super thank you again for your service.

I feel my values and needs are not dealt with correctly. The bureaucracy behind requests for jobs/tasks is inadequate. Skills and ability of tasks ill-equipped. Totally not suitable for people with mental health issues or needs. Timings can be quite out and vary day to day, not appropriate.

We gave been extremely pleased with the carers who have come in for our mum. They have been efficient and kind and kept mum clean and always looking presentable. I must especially praise one staff member in particular who has been so loving towards mum, seems to really get her and always laughs with her. All good occasional worries about where the carer is and timekeeping, but mostly Ok and appreciate the close attention paid to Mum for meds and other changes of notification. Two members of staff in particular are both diligent and friendly with Mum.

The team were always friendly, reliable and flexible. They kept us informed of any health concerns they had about mum and were able to easily adapt to changing circumstances. They always had a friendly word for the cat and if they had time left after their caring duties, would maybe dig out the broom and sweep the kitchen to be helpful.

My auntie who was diagnosed with Dementia 3 years ago is now in the care of the manager and her team of carers. I can't thank them enough for their loving attention and extreme care for my auntie, who is so dear to me. Really good, friendly people - nothing too much trouble, wondered at the start how it was going to be. Really good, Kindcare are excellent and normally work to time, they are very busy, not surprisingly. Have helped us in many ways when I was not so good.

The application process was very easy and they helped me throughout the whole process. Also, the cherry on the cake for me is that if I don't get on with a particular carer, management will make sure to next time send somebody else that I do get along with, which I love.

She is passionate about people and ensuring that they receive the highest quality of services available. Alessandra is a family person at heart and treats KindCare as an extended family that she nurtures with her whole heart. Alessandra is a mother and grandmother in her personal life, she keeps her family close by at all times.
Richard joined the team in mid-2021 after completing his BSc (Hons) in Computing. He assists the office in handling technological issues and assists with administration tasks. Richard is from England.
Patricia provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment. She enjoys working in both the office environment and out in the field to provide quality care to service users when needed. She always carries out her duties with a giant smile that brightens everyone's day.
Thalita is a dedicated worker who strives to provide service users with excellent care with compassion and dignity. She upholds the very best qualities of KindCare every day.
