KindCare At Home (Redhill)

I have a friend who uses the KindCare At Home services. We are all very happy with the service user's comments. We the friend and family also saw how good and friendly the staff were to our friends and family. Very good, we are very grateful.

The application process was very easy and they helped me throughout the whole process. Also, the cherry on the cake for me is that if I don't get on with a particular carer, management will make sure to next time send somebody else that I do get along with, which I love.

I am really impressed with the services provided by Kindcare At Home and am happy to recommend them. They are committed to the well-being of their service users and go the extra mile to make them happy. They are timely and make sure they complete all they are supposed to do from personal care, administering the prescriptions, preparing meals and taking service users out for walks. Also, the staff always make sure the house is clean and tidy in each of their visits. I am satisfied with their services and willing to recommend them for more services.

KindCare provide friendly assistance to my father, helping him to continue to live independently. We started as he was recovering from an operation and have continued with carers for daily personal care. We find the management easy to contact and deal with, and very flexible. They also have a real personal touch and peace of mind.

I would like to say that myself and my family, we are very grateful for the staff of KindCare At Home (Redhill) always willing to help, an example is that we can not speak English and everytime my stepfather is admitted to the hospital and we call them they translate for us without booking or any advance request and we are very well supported in every way, always with kindness, compassion, dedication. Staff have a good knowledge of the day-to-day issues of the service user. They also know how to manage difficult situations so the client and parents are confident when the team go out. Good rotation of staff, so the client gets used to a wider team.

Moreover, the emotional support provided by KindCare is commendable, a crucial action for the well-being of any individual. This emotional support is essential for him to feel good about himself and to recover in various aspects of life. It is reassuring to see a company that not only focuses on providing physical care but also on the emotional well-being of its clients.

I will recommend KindCare, my guy friend's carers are very professional, they are well-trained and kind. They are very supportive when my friends need them. Their carers were flexible. They provide a good quality of care. My friend was happy with their service.

I wish to express my gratitude for the care demonstrated by the company towards my friend, an 86-year-old gentleman whom I accompany as a family friend. I witnessed the dedication and professionalism of the employees of this company, who took care of him with great attention. Even though he is frail, he always maintains a smile on his face, being very grateful for the treatment received. I sincerely thank you for the care and attention given to him.

I was pleased with how the staff offer holistic care to my daughter, they communicated well and were very professional. My daughter looks happier than before, she really genuinely loves the staff, and they include her in all her care.

It is a fantastic home support for patients who need the services, I know many patients who are satisfied with the service, congratulations and keep going. The best thing about this service is that they go to the patients' homes to give the support that the patient or the person needs.

We went to our second-anniversary party organised by KindCare recently, and it was such fun. I loved how they encouraged and helped clients to join in with the dancing and celebrations. Did my mum the world of good and was great for us to have some fun together.

This is the third company that my aunt has been with. We had very bad situations with the last two companies and my aunt ended up in hospital. My aunt couldn't be happier. kindCare have been looking after her for now over two years and in that time they have been amazing. Management and staff couldn't be more helpful. The manager is always there, she always contacts us to let us know if there's any problems. Also, the staff are so helpful we know my aunt can be very hard work but that never seems to worry the staff or the management. My aunt can ring on many occasions every day and they always answer the phone and speak to her. Also, they really do encourage her to eat which we've always had problems with special with the last two companies. We don't know what we would do without KindCare, as I said they are amazing.

My regular carers are excellent. They are kind, compassionate, caring, sensitive and get the job I need done really well. Some of the new carers are challenging due to language difficulties but even so are still very good and kind. My calls are roughly the same times which is extremely helpful and only differs due to emergencies. The staff in the office are always polite, helpful and keen to do whatever they can to help.
