I have a friend who uses the KindCare At Home services. We are all very happy with the service user's comments. We the friend and family also saw how good and friendly the staff were to our friends and family. Very good, we are very grateful.
The application process was very easy and they helped me throughout the whole process. Also, the cherry on the cake for me is that if I don't get on with a particular carer, management will make sure to next time send somebody else that I do get along with, which I love.
I am really impressed with the services provided by Kindcare At Home and am happy to recommend them. They are committed to the well-being of their service users and go the extra mile to make them happy. They are timely and make sure they complete all they are supposed to do from personal care, administering the prescriptions, preparing meals and taking service users out for walks. Also, the staff always make sure the house is clean and tidy in each of their visits. I am satisfied with their services and willing to recommend them for more services.
KindCare provide friendly assistance to my father, helping him to continue to live independently. We started as he was recovering from an operation and have continued with carers for daily personal care. We find the management easy to contact and deal with, and very flexible. This is the third company that my aunt has been with. We had very bad situations with the last two companies and my aunt ended up in hospital. My aunt couldn't be happier. kindCare have been looking after her for now over two years and in that time they have been amazing. Management and staff couldn't be more helpful. The manager is always there, she always contacts us to let us know if there's any problems. Also, the staff are so helpful we know my aunt can be very hard work but that never seems to worry the staff or the management. My aunt can ring on many occasions every day and they always answer the phone and speak to her. Also, they really do encourage her to eat which we've always had problems with special with the last two companies. We don't know what we would do without KindCare, as I said they are amazing.

My regular carers are excellent. They are kind, compassionate, caring, sensitive and get the job I need done really well. Some of the new carers are challenging due to language difficulties but even so are still very good and kind. My calls are roughly the same times which is extremely helpful and only differs due to emergencies. The staff in the office are always polite, helpful and keen to do whatever they can to help.
I have been having various care agencies for the last seven years. Last year I was introduced to KindCare and it has been the best agency I have ever had. They are very flexible in their care, adapting and helping me when the situation arises.
I go for dyalisis three times a week and usually arrive home very tired. They are very gentle in their care and meet all my needs, giving me a choice in the clothes I wear and the drinks, food and snacks that I ask for.
I have been in England since 1957 when I came for nurse training in England. I come from Goa in India and have always cooked my meals from scratch. The carers join me in my preparation and they will cook my meals.
Finally, I have found an excellent care agency that is near perfect. I look forward to my carer's visit.

Alessandra started KindCare to provide the best quality of care possible, to provide service users with the kind of care that wasn't available. She is passionate about people and ensuring that they receive the highest quality of services available. Alessandra is a family person at heart and treats KindCare as an extended family that she nurtures with her whole heart. Alessandra is a mother and grandmother in her personal life, she keeps her family close by at all times.
Richard joined the team in mid-2021 after completing his BSc (Hons) in Computing. He assists the office in handling technological issues and assists with administration tasks. Richard is from England.
Patricia provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment. She enjoys working in both the office environment and out in the field to provide quality care to service users when needed. She always carries out her duties with a giant smile that brightens everyone's day.
Thalita is a dedicated worker who strives to provide service users with excellent care with compassion and dignity. She upholds the very best qualities of KindCare every day.
Maria is a fast and energetic worker who is always busy carrying out duties for the service users. She is diligent and hard-working every day and displays clear empathy and compassion for the service users. She is always happy to carry out any task required with a friendly smile and a grand chat with anybody.
Daniel is a quiet individual yet always manages to provide the best care to all our service users. He is always compassionate and caring to everybody and never fails to bring a smile to people's faces.
