KindCare At Home (Redhill)

I have dealt with several care agencies during the period of the last ten years in which my mother has been in need of care. I have been very impressed with the way in which KindCare have responded to my mother's needs. She is totally housebound and cannot walk unaided and is therefore extremely dependent on care. KindCare provide a first-class level of service. Each and every carer acts with compassion, kindness, care, thoughtfulness, and with a sense of positivity. As my mother undergoes kidney dialysis three times a week at hospital, this can prove difficult with the coordination of the ambulance and care. KindCare have demonstrated time after time their ability to be flexible, responsive and to act with compassion for my mother. Their reassuring manner is a great comfort to her. She is clinically vulnerable and is growing in self-confidence as she feels so less socially isolated thanks to the engagement and thoughtfulness of the carers. The leadership is exceptional.

Was recommended KindCare for my elderly mum and dad the team were superb - so professional, caring, empathetic, trustworthy and always respectful of my parents wishes but also made excellent suggestions to make their lives easier to help them maintain as much independence at home as possible. Also from my own research of fees prior to appointment, their charging rates are very competitive. I highly recommend.

I require personal care due to an ongoing, debilitating disease. The team at KindCare have provided that care to the highest standard. Nothing has ever been too much and I have never been let down. Highly recommended.

KindCare are very professional. The manager is very good at caring for me. They are very friendly, she is a very hard worker. Also, the staff do a fantastic job too. Since I've had KindCare, they have managed to get me to eat, drink and even give me a bath and do my hair. They are very strict on covid, wearing mask and shield, apron and gloves and using sanitiser.

Very careful, dignified care given. Carers very understanding of needs and go out of their way to help. Easy to communicate with for small changes to care plan - can speak straight to manager! I would highly recommend the team at KindCare.

Having a live-in carer is expensive, but KindCare do their best to provide safety and security for Mum so she can stay living at home for as long as possible.

KindCare at Home have looked after my father since his return from hospital with a broken hip in June 2020. All the carers are extremely kind, patient and professional. They do all they can to protect him from Covid-19 which is a weight off my mind. If there are any concerns regarding his condition I am informed immediately our appropriate action agreed.
