Maisey was excellent. Very caring, very professional, empathetic and very smiley and understanding. She conducted a thorough review of my 91 year old mother which was extremely comfortable for her and made her feel completely at ease. Very satisfactory.
We are delighted to learn that you found Moisey was very caring, professional and empathetic during your mother's review, leaving her feeling totally at ease.

The agency communicated with us on a daily basis, as mum could be challenging at times, this helped a lot .. The care staff and the office staff were considerate and helpful
to mums needs . I would recommend them to anyone who is considering help at home for a loved one
We are delighted we were able to work alongside your family to support your Mother to stay in her own home for a long time and you feel the care she received was excellent.
It is also great to know the team were...
Information prior to support was gathered to ensure team were aware of support and help needed. Team are responsive to varying times when support and help is needed. Staff attending are understanding and supportive. It is reassuring to know that when away help and support is available to ensure my mother is safe at home. Thank you.
Overall experience very good.
We would like to thank you all.
Review took place at client's home as requested by myself. I wanted some additional duties added to the list, which were noted & added to the details. Visit & review were carried out in a friendly & warm & caring manner. Manager interacted with myself & my dad & listened & took an interest in 'small talk' not connected to the review. Gives myself peace of mind that my dad has good support from people who care.
We are currently satisfied with our two carers. However, it has taken us several weeks to get to this position. Some carers clearly don't respect their training, and they complain that they are being put out. Not understanding the fact that they are here to work for the client, and they have chosen this profession.
Very happy with care given to mum. Always listens to her, and she enjoys the chat. Almost always has the same carer which is great for her. Easy to contact office if needed. Thank you Helping Hands.
I don't have family members living nearby. They all live miles away. They do visit every six weeks so my only contact with people is with the carrers from Helping Hands.I have 2 one hour visits and 3 half hour visits per week. They make my lunch and wash dishes and then we have a chat. They can also water the odd plant as I can't carry a watering can. They are also very good at changing the bed as duvets can be very difficult.
I have found all the helpers have been very good and have been very satisfied with Helping Hands.
Very professional, kind and experienced. They spent time getting to know us and what we needed and were excellent at delivering the care we needed. Reliable with processes in place to make sure everything works well
Very thoughtful and thorough and goes the extra mile. Helps where requested and makes suggestions to do more. Recommended aids to assist cleaning and laundry. Respected client preferences. Concerned for client safety.
The team of carers who support my Mother 3 mornings a week are kind and willing to do whatever is needed on the day. The flexibility to be able to drive her to an appointment or to accompany her to an appointment is really helpful. We are also grateful for the management team to be able to change the care appointments if necessary at short notice.
