Together In Care Reviews (31)

After a period of hospitalisation, it became necessary to find help with day-to-day care for my wife, particularly with bathing, dressing and getting ready for bed. Having no previous experience of the situation it was difficult to know what to expect. I can only say that the whole process has been really positive. All the carers have shown care and attention and a willingness to ensure that my wife has the best experience possible in a difficult situation.
Very happy with carer, she is a very capable person and makes my very comfortable I couldn't wish for anyone nicer.
The company helped me stay in work. Due for toilet trips for my chair bound mum. Early arrival meant that someone could keep an eye on my mum/ get her dressed and washed and make breakfast whilst I was getting ready for work.
Pleasant care workers. Good timekeepers. Care satisfactory.
Not having experience of carers previously they informed us what they would be doing and why. Any problems that occurred they got in touch immediately and informed us. Made suggestions to help their clients life easier. Listened to suggestions from my daughter and me and acted on them if they were feasible. It was a pleasure to see how they worked with what must be a stressful job with varied clients with numerous needs.
Very pleased with personal care, always treated with dignity. I am made to feel safe and secure during my care. The carers are always pleasant and nothing is too much trouble.
We have only just begun using Together In Care, but are certainly very satisfied with the service so far.
Friendly and conscientious, very willing to do what is asked of them. Sensible in watching you and in referring any problems to the appropriate helpers needed eg., doctor, district nurse etc. At first a little difficult to hear as most of the personnel are from Zimbabwe. But they made up for this by their eagerness to please. Remarkably flexible and conscientious with their timings - they visit me 3 times a day and very willing to take on a variety of minor tasks if asked. Well accepted by other members of my family and sociable towards them.
My mother-in-law is extremely happy with the care provided and the carers providing the care - they have almost become part of the family and go one step beyond.
All carers are friendly and helpful. Medication and meals have been properly organised. Dad's bungalow is much cleaner than it used to be, and he's very happy with the staff who are caring for him. These visits have helped me to relax more, knowing that Dad is being well cared for on a daily basis. Communication from the team has been excellent - we are kept fully up to date with anything we need to know. We are entirely happy with the service and very pleased that we found this agency.
Staff are very friendly and great at their jobs. It is nice knowing Grandad is in such caring hands. His carer takes the time to sit and chat with him.
