I cannot fully express how wonderful Saffron Support have been not only to my mother in law but to us as well. Their guidance and kindness not to mention continous assessment of support has helped us amend the Care Plan as needed. The app is amazing especially in our case given that we are based abroad and manage the care remotely. They are proactive; organized; excellent value for money; and most importantly of all kind. We recommend them without hesitation and are certain that our experience is one all their current and future clients have/will have.

Saffron Support has been providing daily care for my brother-in-law since January 2023 visiting twice daily to prepare meals, assist with daily tasks, clean and more. When required the team has also helped with medical and other appointments if I have been unable to attend (I live 80 miles away). Everyone on the team has been wonderful, keeping us informed, offering suggestions and generally being a positive influence. Highly recommend.

Good quality of service and care along with good attention to detail, able to greatly take off the pressure of ensuring your loved ones are safe and well looked after with their particular needs. Always good communication with staff and management, nurse buddy is a great asset so you can see reports on each visit as it happens.

The service has enriched my life by getting me out of the house and supporting me to walk with confidence and surety. The carers are friendly and encouraging.

Saffron Support is an excellent care agency. All of the carers are experienced and trained in the art of looking after people, and all staff hit the right note in friendliness, caring and communication and are prepared to undertake any task for the health and well-being of their clients. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

The girls from home care are all very good - always got a smile and help me very well. I have no more to say, other than, thank you.

I have two calls a day to shower me and get my breakfast in the morning and to help me get dressed, and in the evening, to help me get undressed and ready for bed and make me a hot drink. All the ladies that come to me are very friendly, helpful and cooperative. I would give them ten out of ten.

The service and support given have been excellent over the last few months. All carers have shown empathy, patience and really show that they have Dad's comfort and safety as a priority. They also give support to my mother, who has a lot to process after Dad's stroke in April. I wholeheartedly appreciate all that they do and would recommend them to anyone who needs care/support for loved ones.

Saffron Support has provided a consistently high level of care for my aunt over the past year. The carers are wonderful - they provide the everyday care that she needs to continue living independently but also take time to listen, chat and laugh with her. Knowing they visit every day gives me real peace of mind, especially as I do not live locally. Communication with Saffron Support is also fantastic - the carers complete notes of each visit via a secure app, and the management team always contact me directly if there are any concerns or there’s anything else I need to be aware of. I have already recommended them to a neighbour of my aunt and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else.

Staff are friendly, cheerful and, importantly, patient.

Mum is fond of all her carers and looks forward to seeing them, an indication of their care and concern for each person in their care.

My mum came out of hospital Oct 19 after recovering from severe pneumonia and sepsis. We were very unsatisfied with the agency automatically allocated to her and were recommended Saffron Support from a friend. Immediately I felt reassured by their professional yet very understanding approach. They kept a close eye on Mum, who was now showing signs of dementia. It almost felt like they were part of the family because nothing was too much trouble and if they needed to spend more time with her there was never any time limit. Mum looked forward to seeing them every day. They would even go to the chemist to get medication for Mum to avoid any delays. Unfortunately, Mum got Covid and a UTI and ended up in hospital and is now in a nursing home. They still stay in touch and genuinely care about how Mum is getting on. I can honestly say I can't think of anything more they could have done.

I engaged this agency when my mother needed more support than I could manage. They came and talked through the options that were available, they were extremely nice and very caring towards my mother and between the three of us arranged a care package. Over a period of time, this package has had to be altered to suit my mother's needs and they have always been very kind and helpful. She now has carers coming in every day during the week and they are all extremely nice, polite and take care of all she needs. They look after my mother and she looks forward to their visits.

I can highly recommend Saffron Support. Mum has always been treated with respect, kindness and dignity. They go above and beyond which is greatly appreciated as I live some distance away. As a retired nurse myself I appreciate the professional and high standard of caregiving. They are reliable and communication with me regarding Mum is excellent. They brighten up Mum's day with cheerfulness and good humour.

I would highly recommend Saffron Support, we have found them to be professional, punctual, caring and supportive during this year. They have cared for my father after he had two strokes. They are knowledgable of his needs and this has made a positive impact on his recovery. The staff always go the extra mile, not only do they care for Dad but are supportive of Mum who is managing the physical and emotional impact of that has happened this year.
