Thank you for your review; it's our goal to provide not just a caring and supportive service but a professional one as well, and we are so pleased this has shone through.
As her health has improved, her care plan has been updated, and they have kept me informed of these changes.
My mother’s carers are very friendly and flexible in supporting her needs.
Thank you for your lovely review, and we are delighted the care we provide is making to both you and Mum. Being flexible is critical to supporting a changing care plan, and all with a friendly smile. We are genuinely thrilled when people give us a positive review.
Serenity provides an excellent service. My mother really enjoys the carer's visits and they are very caring and attentive! It gives me peace of mind knowing she has someone going in the morning and evening.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review about the care that we provide, it's our aim to provide care to the highest standard as well as provide companionship and support, thank you again for your kind words its very much appreciated.
Great team of staff carers. Carers have demonstrated a real caring attitude during my parent's ongoing aged-related requirements for care. Regular and flexible care visits have given them a great deal of peace of mind.
Thanks for the review, it's our aim for the care we provide to make life easier and as you say give peace of mind, thank you again.
My wife has been blessed by Serenity Care attending our house since July 2023 every morning between 8.15 and 9 .15 am and the punctuality and the initial greeting have been excellent. My wife was not too enthusiastic about our using Serenity care initially but she has become aware of the many benefits, although, because of her various problems, she unfortunately does not always appear too happy. No carer has been put off by this behaviour and she has been looked after very, very well. As her husband, I have been delighted with the extra benefits that have come my way, as the carers have been so helpful in helping me with attending to my personal and household needs. Your office has also been exemplary in keeping me informed about any changes or information I need to know and your entire operation is always ready to help and willing to listen. I have nothing but praise for the relationship that has been established between myself and Serenity Care. Thank you very much!
Thank you for such a kind and in-depth review, this is why we care because it makes such a difference to not just the person receiving care but to family members as well and we are over the moon to know that the care we provide is making a real difference to you and your wife.
Serenity Care has proved themselves to be caring, thoughtful and reliant. My father uses them to help him with the evening meal and has very much enjoyed the companionship which comes with this task. Communication is superb and the staff and management have made my job much easier and been a bonus to my father. I know they will be there for any future requirements as and when needed. I would highly recommend to others.
Thank you so much for your kind words and we are so pleased that the care provided by our carers is making such a difference to your Dad's life, wonderful.
We used Serenity Care to look after my father, the manager was very professional and wrote my father's care plan with what he required and requested. My father enjoyed the carers visiting, they would always chat to him, very professional in their care for him and went above and beyond. The requests by the family and my father were always met. My father will miss the carers, now he is going into a new home with care. Would recommend Serenity Care.
Thank you for such a kind review, it's our aim at Serenity Care to support and meet all of our customers' needs professionally and compassionately with care, we would all like to wish you father well on his move to his new home.
We were impressed with the continuity of care by all members of staff who came into our home. The staff went out of their way to help my husband and myself, nothing was ever too much trouble. We would happily recommend this company.
Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review, we are so pleased that the care being provided is to your liking and that you would recommend us. Thank you.
My father-in-law has used Serenity Care many times when I am on a holiday break. He loves the carers coming in; they are very polite and chat with him and do everything that is needed in his care plan. The office staff are very helpful in changes that are needed to his care plan and always keep me updated. I highly recommend Serenity Care.
Thank you for your lovely review and kind words, and we are delighted that you and your father-in-law are happy with the care provided.
Review on care for our mother for several years after she became a widow. “Many thanks from all the family for the care you have given to her. Knowing professional care was in place every day has been much appreciated and reassuring for us all”.
Thank you for your lovely review and kind words; we are so pleased that the quality of care was to your liking.
They have been fantastic with him and our family; they have taken on board his needs as an individual and gone to great lengths to meet those needs, however, big or small.
Dad is treated with the greatest respect, patience and professionalism by the management, office staff and carers, and nothing is too much trouble.
They take into account the interests/personalities of clients to match carers so well, which makes a huge difference to those being cared for.
My dad often says how lucky he is to have his carers; they have most certainly enhanced his life.
They have been incredibly flexible in the help they provide, which has been a Godsend with us living so far away.
The digital visit notes are great at keeping us in the loop; Dad finds it amusing that we know what he has been up to when we call him.
I would not hesitate to recommend Serenity; they are brilliant at what they do!
Thank you.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share a review about the Care Serenity Care provides; we are so pleased that the Care provided is just what you wanted, and yes, the digital notes are great aren't they - a real plus for giving you peace of mind.
We have been with Serenity for the past two years. My partner has Motor Neurone Disease, which has many challenges. Serenity has always been there for her and has never let her down; she has four visits daily by two carers who provide her with personal care, which involves hoisting, washing her on specialist trolly etc, she has a great rapport with her care team from Serenity, and she genuinely looks forward to seeing them all each day. I would recommend Serenity wholeheartedly for any care needs required; they will always make sure client needs are being fulfilled to the highest standard. Keep up the great work, ladies.
Thank you for such a lovely and kind review; we are so pleased that the care our carers provide is just right for your needs.
My mom has dementia and mobility needs, so required care assistance for bathing and personal care. Serenity Care Solent and I agreed on a couple of initial "getting to know you" meetings with my mother, which were successful. Eventually, the carer started assisting my mother with bathing and personal care, building up a rapport where my mom trusted her more and more. The carer assisted Mom with bathing, changing the bed, washing clothing/bedding and reorganisation her bedroom. My mom was more than happy with the service, referring to the carer as "the nice lady who helped me have a bath". The care service has been excellent, advising us at every stage in terms of health and safety issues as well as medical needs in relation to my mom. I would thoroughly recommend the service.
Thank you for the review; we are genuinely delighted to read your review about your mum being happy with her care and how it's been provided in a way that has really worked for her.
We have both been happy with the care and attention we have received, especially when we have to change our needs and hours, which has happened quite a lot during January. Happy with our regular carers, always ready to sort any problems out at short notice always happy to see them.
Thank you for your lovely review; we are so pleased that the care provided by our team is working well for you; as always, we try to accommodate changes where we can.
As always, a very good service from everyone at Serenity Care. Carers arrive on time, and nothing is too much trouble; they are friendly and caring. The office contacts me as necessary and are always helpful and supportive.
When we receive reviews like yours, we know we are doing it right, and that includes the care team and the office as well; when you are happy, then we are happy.
Very happy.
Thank you for saying you are very happy, and for five stars, what more can we expect? We are very proud of all of our team who go the extra mile.
I also asked for only a couple of different carers to come in and not alot of carers day and night, as this would stress me out. When I joined the company about 18 months ago, we discussed this, I only wanted only a few carers in my home, and they have stuck to their word, which makes me very happy and helps me feel more at ease.
The company are very approachable if you need to contact them. I seem to have my record file updated a lot, which is good because my medication changes often, and I don't think about notifying the office, so the carers are aware when they come into my home of my extra needs.
I am very happy with Serenity Care and thank you for being so great with the job you do.
Thank you for such a lovely review. To read this, we know that we are all doing our job right, and this gives us an enormous sense of pride. We are so pleased you are happy with our service.
I have recently started a care package for my father with Serenity Care Solent. They have been extremely helpful with the setup. I am very impressed with the level of detail and care that clearly went into tailoring the care plan precisely to my father and his needs. The carers have been lovely and professional, and my father is happy. This has put my mind at ease. Having used other agencies in the past, Serenity Care Solent is definitely and refreshingly the best in my experience to date.
Thank you for such a comprehensive and detailed review. Knowing that the care service we provide is putting your mind at ease is just want we want to hear and that you and your father's experience with our care team is a positive one.
The carers themselves are punctual and reliable, friendly, considerate and helpful.
I am very satisfied with the whole operation.
Thank you for your review. It really does make us all at Serenity Care feel proud that we are providing care, which people are really happy with.
Very pleased with Serenity Care.
Thank you for a lovely review. We aim to provide good continuity of care as much as possible, and we are really pleased that this makes a positive difference to your husband's day.

Care has always been a family tradition, lovingly passed down through the generations.
Beverley’s Nan, Joy, along with her Uncle Ron and Auntie Cath, owned a care home in Launceston, Cornwall, for many years. As a child, Beverley spent countless summer holidays helping her family there, experiencing first-hand the warmth, dedication, and compassion that defined their approach to care. Joy was a remarkable woman who proudly celebrated her 100th birthday in 2024. Sadly, she passed away in 2025. She truly was an inspiration, and her legacy continues to guide everything Beverley does.
Inspired by Joy, Ron, and Cath—and by the values instilled in her from a young age—Beverley began her own journey in care. She first worked weekends in a nursing home in Alverstoke while studying Health and Social Care at college, where she achieved her NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications.
After completing college, Beverley moved into full-time work as a Carer in a nursing home in Hill Head, spending three years building on the skills she had learned and developing her natural ability to provide care with empathy and understanding.
She later transitioned into community-based care with Hampshire County Council before taking on a new challenge: supporting a private customer with physical disabilities who required 24-hour care. During this role, she also progressed into assistant managerial responsibilities, further strengthening her leadership and specialist care skills.
Determined to continue growing, Beverley stepped into the demanding position of Care Coordinator for a national home care company. Her dedication and capability quickly saw her progress to Registered Care Manager of a busy branch delivering more than 1,000 hours of care each week. During this time, she worked towards and achieved her QCF Level 5 in Care Management, all while ensuring that both customers and staff were supported with genuine compassion and respect.
Beverley’s commitment and excellence were recognised on two occasions when her branch was awarded Regional Branch of the Year.
In 2019, Beverley took the biggest step of her career and founded Serenity Care Solent, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in the care sector. Her vision was clear: to provide the highest standard of home care to people in their own homes, delivered with kindness, dignity, and a truly personal touch.
Today, Beverley is proud to be fulfilling that passion through her own company, continuing the legacy of her family and honouring the inspiration of her beloved Nan Joy. Serenity Care Solent stands as a testament to those values—quality care, heartfelt support, and a commitment to making a genuine difference in people’s lives.
