Our visiting home care services are charged at an hourly rate, with a minimum call duration of 30 minutes . These shorter visits are charged at a much lower rate than a full hour, ensuring flexibility and cost-effectiveness for those who may only require brief support with daily routines, such as medication prompts, meal preparation, personal care, or companionship.
We also offer comprehensive overnight care options to provide reassurance and assistance throughout the night. Clients can choose between sleep-in nights, where a carer is present in the home and available if needed, or waking nights, where the carer remains awake and alert throughout the night to offer continuous support. Pricing for overnight care is available on a per-night or weekly basis and is determined according to the specific level of support required.

She is also responsible for carrying out risk assessments, updating care plans, collaborating with other care professionals, and responding promptly to any changes in a client’s condition or feedback from families. Her proactive approach helps maintain consistency, quality, and trust throughout the care service.
Stephen works behind the scenes on compliance, marketing and the operational side of the company, he has come from a business development background where compliance was high on the agenda.
Stephen has been working with the company since its start in 2019 and joined full-time at the end of 2021.
Jeanette has a huge amount of experience in care both in and out of the office, her current role is essential to the smooth running of the office and of our recruitment. Daily communication with potential new carers as well as general administration duties.
Marshie has been with Serenity Care since 2023, joining us from a life time career in care, she initially started as one of our care coordinators and has progressed onto become our Care & Training Supervisor, as the job title suggestions this involves training our new carers, in addition Marshie supports customer meetings and assessments and is fully involved with care plans and compliance.
Jess has been with Serenity Care since 2023 as a carer and has progress into the office and become one of our Field Care Supervisors in 2024, Jess plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes. They act as a key link between the office team, care staff, and clients, regularly visiting service users to assess their needs, monitor care plans, and ensure that care is being delivered safely and effectively. Holly joined Serenity Care earlier this year (2025) with a strong back ground in care and care coordinating, Holly has brought a caring and support way of working to role and is already popular with the customers and carers.
As the one of our Care Coordinators Holly plays a key role in delivering seamless, high-quality, person-centred care to clients. They manage care visit schedules, provide essential support to carers, and maintain ongoing communication with both clients and care staff. By working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and various teams within Serenity Care, they help ensure each client receives consistent and compassionate care. In addition, they oversee service quality, address any concerns that may arise, and contribute to building a culture rooted in respect, reliability, and dignity throughout the care process.
