Our visiting home care services are charged at an hourly rate, with a minimum call duration of 30 minutes . These shorter visits are charged at a much lower rate than a full hour, ensuring flexibility and cost-effectiveness for those who may only require brief support with daily routines, such as medication prompts, meal preparation, personal care, or companionship.


We also offer comprehensive overnight care options to provide reassurance and assistance throughout the night. Clients can choose between sleep-in nights, where a carer is present in the home and available if needed, or waking nights, where the carer remains awake and alert throughout the night to offer continuous support. Pricing for overnight care is available on a per-night or weekly basis and is determined according to the specific level of support required.

I contacted various companies for home care for my nan. Serenity Care's customer service is exceptional.
If I have had to contact them via email, my questions are answered almost immediately. The manager and her team are exceptional.
We had used a company previously where my nan was often left despite
paying privately for the service. We have never had an issue with Serenity Care, and my nan looks clean and well cared for.
My sister worked for a similar company and said that Serenity has much better protocols and policies in place.
I highly rate this company and all of its staff. I have emailed the manager before to tell her how impressed we are as a family with the care my nan receives.

They manage care visit schedules, provide essential support to carers, and maintain ongoing communication with both clients and care staff.
