I'd never had any experience of using outside services for my mother's personal care so didn't know what to expect or what my mother's reaction would be. I was happy that she had the same carer who was patient, caring and always in good spirit which put my mother at ease and I could hear them laughing
while she was receiving care.
Reply from Kerry Hobbs, Director at Bluebird Care East Suffolk, Great Yarmouth & LowestoftThank you for sharing your experience. We understand that arranging care for a loved one for the first time can feel uncertain, so we're really pleased to hear that both you and your mother felt comfortable with the support provided.
It's wonderful to know that having the same carer helped build trust and that their patience and kindness put your mother at ease. Hearing that they shared some laughs together truly means a lot to us. Thank you for your kind feedback.

Highly recommend the Bluebird team , my 93 year old Dad was treated so well by the whole Bluebird care team. He had a team of regular carers that he really liked and was fond of. They never missed a visit, they were always on time and would stay longer to sort any important issues if required. They
treated him with respect and kindness and had a laugh and a joke too. The office were always very helpful and more than flexible if I needed to change visit times. I was given a weekly care plan and lots of information on what happened on every visit. The team would contact me if there were any concerns which was very helpful. Excellent service.
Reply from Kerry Hobbs, Director at Bluebird Care East Suffolk, Great Yarmouth & LowestoftThank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We are delighted to hear that your Dad had such a positive experience with the Bluebird Care team. Providing consistent, compassionate care is incredibly important to us, so it's wonderful to know that he enjoyed seeing his regular carers and felt comfortable with them.
It's especially meaningful to hear that the team's kindness, respect, and sense of humour helped make his visits enjoyable and that our office team could support you with flexibility and communication, and provide weekly care plan updates to give you reassurance about how your Dad was doing.
Your feedback means a great deal to the whole team, and we will be sure to share your kind words with everyone involved in your Dad's care. Thank you again for your recommendation and for trusting us to support your family.

Bluebird carers looked after my mum for the last 4 months of her life. Staff were brilliant with her and she loved seeing them. Their care kept her in her own home up until the day before she passed. It was sudden and unexpected, but I could not have wished for better treatment for her. A massive thank
you to all of her carers and with extra special thanks to Billy, Alyson, Jo, Lucelle, Mercedes and Jessica who all showed her such kindness. Also thanks to everyone in the office who were akways friendly and helpful. A great company, I cannot recommend their service enough!

Bluebird Care do a very good job of looking after my dad. They are very attentive and offer him a lot of support with his day to day needs. Similarly, the office are quick to respond if I have any questions or concerns and are always very helpful. Bluebird have been looking after my dad for almost two
years and they have been really good for him, helping him to face the many challenges that being older brings. The carers always offer a lot of reassurance and positivity. It's been good for for dad that he can have the same carers day to day and he's been able to build a good relationship with them all. I know that dad is looked after really well by Bluebird and would definitely recommend.
Reply from Kerry Hobbs, Director at Bluebird Care East Suffolk, Great Yarmouth & LowestoftThank you for your kind words. We're delighted that your dad is receiving the support he needs and that our carers have been able to build such positive relationships with him. It's great to hear that our office team has been helpful and responsive too. We really appreciate your trust over the past two years and your recommendation-it's a privilege to care for your dad.

The Lowestoft Bluebird team have been visiting my Mum for two years now and their care and support have been invaluable for both Mum and her family in helping her remain in her home and have some independence.
This is of particular significance as Mum has dementia and the Bluebird team ensure regular
continuity of the carers who visit and have therefore really got to know Mum. They are friendly, attentive, professional and kind.
The management team are superb. Quick to contact the family if there are any concerns and very prompt in arranging schedules and accommodating changes due to Mum's appointments etc.
In short, we are very happy to have the Bluebird team help support and care for Mum and the excellent service they provide. Thank you Bluebird team.

My father needed some extra help to keep his independence after a short period in hospital. We found the Bluebird carers to be kind and attentive to his needs over the 11 months they provided care visits to his home. They were always quick to draw any concerns to the family's attention and accommodated
the occasions when our care plans for Dad changed. It was good to be able to read the online notes for each visit which gave us the piece of mind that Dad was ok.
Reply from Kerry Hobbs, Director at Bluebird Care East Suffolk, Great Yarmouth & LowestoftThank you for your kind words. We are delighted to hear how our carers supported your father's independence with kind, attentive care and clear communication throughout those eleven months. I will ensure your lovely comments are passed onto Deena and the team, thank you again.

Bluebird have been caring for mum (who lives with my wife & I) for the past month. During this time the company have listened to our requirements and done everything they had said they would. All the carers are kind & have established good routines for mum (a challenge in itself as she's a 92 year old
with mixed dementia). The manager & her team are professional, considerate & helpful.
Reply from Kerry Hobbs, Director at Bluebird Care East Suffolk, Great Yarmouth & LowestoftThank you for your kind comments, it is lovely to hear how well your mum is responding to our care. Our caring team work extremely hard to deliver on our promises and it is wonderful to know that this is appreciated, thank you again.

My friend and I have been very pleased with Blue Bird's services, we really appreciate the kindness and consideration of our carers. Also the management too, they really do accommodate us wherever they can, to help make my friend's life in living in their home comfortable, we couldn't have done it without
them all.

The girls are always punctual with their visits, and care for my friend with the utmost respect as they go about their day. They always leave my friend's residence in tidy condition, and are very sensitive to my friend according to what kind of day my friend is having.

On another note, its a comfort to know that regular help is going to my friend, so that my friend isn't alone at various parts of the day, or if we are away at anytime.

A big thank you to everyone.

Reply from Kerry Hobbs, Director at Bluebird Care East Suffolk, Great Yarmouth & LowestoftThankyou for your extremely kind review. Maintaining our clients independence so they can stay in and enjoy their own home is one of our core aims, it is amazing to know that we are supporting your friend in this....................and so much more. Excellent service, carers are lovely and always reliable and on time. I didn't think that mum would accept carers at first but she really looks forward to them coming in now. We have a communication book so carers can leave messages about what mood mum is in, what she has had to eat or if we have run
out of anything, or if I need to report any changes .This works really well. All the carers are so professional and caring, they have a great relationship with mum and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for all your support for mum.

We appointed Bluebird Care to provide drop in carers from August 2024 when my dad's Alzheimer's had progressed. Mum needed increasing support for personal care and occasional respite.
During the 5 months, I found Bluebird to be reliable, caring and professional. As Dad's care needs increased, they
went above and beyond to help when things became difficult such as Dad's mobility. The carers' communication via the online app was helpful since I live 2 hours away. The roster managed efficiently with occasional extra help added when possible.
The manager always replied to my emails and was particularly helpful when Dad's care moved to end of life. Her reliability and efficiency much appreciated. She arranged for a live in carer to assist when Dad's brief care home stay did not go successfully. Not an easy thing to do 4 days before Christmas!
My dad died in early January and we will always be grateful to the carers, a few in particular, who supported us through this very challenging time.
Reply from Kerry Hobbs, Director at Bluebird Care East Suffolk, Great Yarmouth & LowestoftThank you for your very kind comments. We were privileged to support you and your dad during those difficult times. Receiving such positive feedback really makes all the hard work worthwhile, we will ensure your comments are fed back to the team, thank you again.

After a less-than-satisfactory discharge of my mum from hospital for palliative care at home, Bluebird Care Services (Great Yarmouth) has given my dad, sister and me excellent help and advice. One person going above and beyond what was scheduled. Before her serious fall, my mum had Bluebird carers for
three years to help with personal care and we have found that she has been treated with kindness and respect. The carers also gave my dad a break from care and cheered him up each day.
Reply from Kerry Hobbs, Director at Bluebird Care East Suffolk, Great Yarmouth & LowestoftThank you for your very kind comments. I think it is fair to say that the manager and her team had grown very fond of your mum over the years and her passing was met with great sadness. We are privileged to be caring for your dad now and supporting him through the difficult days and weeks that lie ahead. Thank you again for such a positive review.

Getting used to strangers coming into the house to shower your client has been difficult as I have always seen after him myself, nice, friendly young men, I am gradually coming to terms with the need for them.

I was so worried about using carers for my mum but we couldn't cope on our own anymore.
I would recommend Bluebird Care to anyone with no qualms.
Each and every one of your staff has been absolutely brilliant with Mum, even taking time to chat with me if I have rang Mum whilst the carer has been
there, I have yet to meet anyone face to face but I go in at lunchtime.
The office staff are always helpful and friendly, no matter how many times I contact them to let them know when I won't be available.
Well done everyone, you really have been my sanity savers.

I contacted Bluebird Care as we required a live-in carer for my parents at very short notice. My mum has had Bluebird Care since August helping with the things she struggles with, though she can do a lot for herself it's still a comfort for her to have some make life a bit easier and have a chat and the carers are all really lovely people. It's also reassuring for us, the family, that someone
is keeping an eye on her and via the app, we get the schedule of which carer and what time they will be visiting Mum and also, we can check their notes too. I would recommend Bluebird Care to anyone looking for care while still being able to live at home.

Mum has had Bluebird Care helping her since September and I can't thank them enough. The care they have shown Mum is really appreciated by both myself and Mum. Her carers are kind, helpful and nothing is too much for them when asked to help with something. Having the app on my phone gives me peace of
