Bluebird Care Lowestoft have provided home care for my mother for 2 weeks. All the staff have been great with my mum; kind, punctual, conscientious and understanding. The management team has been super efficient and helpful (promptly responding to my emails and requests). From my short experience with them, I would recommend the service they provide.

Most excellent service.
Thank you for your excellent review, we are most grateful.
Bluebird Care East Suffolk & Great Yarmouth provided home care for my parents for nearly a year. All the staff were lovely: kind, conscientious and competent. The management team was efficient and helpful. Following my father's passing the Bluebird carers helped my mother come to terms with her need to go into permanent residential care.
Thank you for your kind words. Our carers look back with fondness on the time they were able to support your father, please send our best wishes to your mother, thank you again.
The carers always arrived on time and were always kind and compassionate with my grandmother. My grandmother loved the carers visiting and often let them know she loved them. All the carers looked after my grandmother as though she was a member of her own family.
Thank you for your kind words. We are extremely fortunate to have a great team of carers who genuinely care for their clients, thank you for taking the time to reference this so positively.
Having been a service user for just a short time, I have been thoroughly impressed with the service. The staff are courteous and punctual, pleasant and communicative and I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
Thank you for your kind comments, we really do appreciate this feedback.
I have worked in social care for over 20 years. Bluebird Care Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft care workers have been visiting my brother since the beginning of November. They are a really caring group of individuals. There is one that stands out for me. This staff member thought my brother was going to be alone over Christmas and invited him to spend Christmas with her. She didn't know I was moving to the area over that time and that he was spending that period with me. Kindness and compassion equal a beautiful soul, this team of care workers have shown this in abundance.
