The carers always arrived on time and were always kind and compassionate with my grandmother. My grandmother loved the carers visiting and often let them know she loved them. All the carers looked after my grandmother as though she was a member of her own family.

I have worked in social care for over 20 years. Bluebird Care Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft care workers have been visiting my brother since the beginning of November. They are a really caring group of individuals. There is one that stands out for me. This staff member thought my brother was going to
be alone over Christmas and invited him to spend Christmas with her. She didn't know I was moving to the area over that time and that he was spending that period with me. Kindness and compassion equal a beautiful soul, this team of care workers have shown this in abundance.

Job Title: Director

I decided to buy Bluebird Care following my own journey of trying to help my elderly Grandparents choose the care they needed, and the questions that arose throughout that journey of how to maintain the best quality of life that we could for them.

East Suffolk & Great Yarmouth is a very familiar area to me and where I and the majority of my family still live. It is very important to me that I contribute to this wonderful community and offer opportunities to the people that live there.

Both myself and the fantastic, dedicated team that I work with at Bluebird Care have a passion for what we do. We aim to be the quality choice for domiciliary and live-in care within our community.
