We used Bluebird Care Home Care for my mum while we were on holiday in Gorleston on Sea. We were very pleased with everything. The carers were so helpful and friendly which put my mum at ease and were excellent with her. Fantastic service and great carers. We will be returning next year for a holiday
and will definitely be using Bluebird Care again. Thank you.

Good level of care. The client is treated with dignity and respect. No rush. Staff friendly and competent. Supervisors are quick to respond to calls and queries. Staff use appropriate Personal protective equipment (PPE) to reduce the risk of infection. My mother appreciates listening to chat and local
news.

It would be good if it was just two or three regular carers instead of a different carer on each visit.
Dad has dementia and he finds it confusing.
Reply from Kerry Hobbs, Director at Bluebird Care East Suffolk, Great Yarmouth & LowestoftThank you for the excellent review scores across all categories. Please be assured that we do our utmost to ensure continuity of care, however, holidays, sickness and staff training do affect our ability to achieve this on occasion. All our carers are trained to the same exact Bluebird Care standards, however, I do appreciate this feedback and will discuss this issue with my team. Thank you again for the amazing review scores.

I find the carers very helpful. They always ask me, after doing my legs and making me a drink, if there is anything else I would like them to do. They are quite willing to do anything and nothing is too much trouble. I believe I have a very good net of carers.

The carers have been fantastic throughout my time using the service. Staff are friendly, professional and go above and beyond to ensure the welfare of clients. In my instance, repeatedly contacting outside agencies to ensure that an infection was treated by a nurse- an infection I would not have known
about if not for the understanding and knowledge of the carers. Alongside personal care, the carers were eager to help with chores and cleaning to ensure my home was a clean environment to recover. This allowed me to focus on getting better without any external stresses. I cannot recommend Bluebird care more highly. Thank you!

My husband is always treated with patience, dignity and respect, although he can be a little challenging at times. Carers are always caring and friendly to us both. Occasionally, there is concern when we are not informed of a time change in the rota but this is just an observation, not a criticism.
Reply from Kerry Hobbs, Director at Bluebird Care East Suffolk, Great Yarmouth & LowestoftThank you for your very positive review. Whilst we do our utmost to reach all our clients at the designated time, there are occasions when this is just not possible. We may have been delayed in an earlier client call or combination of calls and of course, heavy traffic can cause problems at times. Our policy is to call ahead and make clients aware of a change in time, so please accept my apologies if we have not achieved this consistently. Once again, thank you for your kind comments.

Mum has been a service user for a couple of years now and has been very pleased to continue as a user. Her needs have increased over the past 12 months and the carers and management have been able to sympathetically adjust to the changes required to keep a centenarian living independently.
I and Mum
would recommend them without hesitation.
