The manager and the team have been nothing but absolute stars so helpful, caring and go out of their way to look after my mum. For me, the best around would recommend Nova Care 100%. The staff are so polite and never complain.

Nova Care are our current providers of all aspects of care for our mum. The staff are kind and genuinely caring people, who always go above and beyond to provide support to not only our mum but also to us as a family. In our mother's recent deterioration due to her disability, staff at Nova Care have been amazing in changing their usual daily requirements to accommodate her needs, they go out of their way to be as helpful as they can. Thank you all so much.

Mum and Dad are now 82 and 84 and they both suffer with the cruel disease that is dementia, it's very difficult for the family, and we have used Nova Care now for a good few years. Mum and dad both need help day to day and it gives the family some respite and relief that they are cared for as we all work full time and the extra care is a godsend to the family. They always seem happy and nothing's too much trouble for the team if we have concerns or need extra help, if we forget small things like jam and bread they're always there to pitch in and help. All in all a great service and care with dignity and respect, would definitely recommend for your loved ones.

My 98-year-old mum was finally accepted for an assisted Care Home Placement in September 2021. Prior to that my mum had been living semi independently and during 2021 the family decided she would benefit from some structured help from professionals, which was not embraced wholeheartedly by my mum. Having no previous experience of private Home Care, I researched online and made numerous phone calls, finally whittling it down to two companies. We went with Nova Care as a result of an interview at mum's home. We made the right choice. They overcame mum's reluctance and very soon mum was happy and just as important, the family could relax a little. I would, and have, recommended Nova Care to anyone who is needing care for a loved one. 5 Star rating all round!

I have excellent carers looking after my dad. They visit twice a day and he always looks forward to them coming as they have good conversations with him and lots of laughs. He loves them all to bits and makes me promise they won’t stop visiting him.

I used Nova Care to help me whilst my usual carer (family member) were on holiday. I had other carers in before and felt very nervous about doing it again after a not so pleasant experience, but the girls were fantastic. They were very cheerful, professional and as their name says very caring. I need a lot of help with my mobility and felt very safe and supported by the girls who came to see me. It's the right of everyone to be cared for in their own familiar surroundings at home if they so wish, but often the main obstacle for the family is finding the care provider to suit their needs both practically and on a social level. I have got the best carers I have ever had. They are so fantastic. My husband loves them. We all should get very good carers, I have got the best. They talk to him, lots of laughs.
