City Force are excellent carers, they make you feel really at ease. If there’s anything that we need doing as well as doing personal care they will do it and they’re great listeners. They’re very friendly and as well as looking after the client, they ask if the family need anything.

I cannot praise our designated carers enough. They have given my husband excellent care, with what is an extremely complex prescription of medicine and drugs.
They have demonstrated at every visit care, compassion, empathy, and given my husband everything he could possibly need to keep him clean,
comfortable whilst retaining his dignity with what for him, and myself, is a very difficult situation to cope with.
I would highly recommend the company based on my experience.

My uncle who has severe dementia and end of life was cared for over a six week period. He was left between visits without being changed.
Decided they no longer wanted to care for him.
No concern about my uncle's needs.
Not a very professional company and no regard for dementia patients and their
care.

Unfortunately, I am unable to comment on the decision-making process behind our safe coordination and transfer of care to another approved provider.
Unfortunately, City Force Healthcare can only provide care during our commissioned visit times, should an emergency arise and assistance is required, we provide a 24-hour emergency telephone line as outlined on our service user guide.

Excellent care provided for my father by the team, very professional and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend the agency. The app is very useful as it gives me regular updates on how every visit has gone.

I have been delighted with the care my husband has received from his helper; she provides really compassionate and kind help in a professional manner. Always putting his needs first and foremost. She always arrives promptly with a cheery greeting and enquires about his health and how he has slept. I
