I am a full-time wheelchair user with very limited mobility, requiring assistance with all of my daily activities. Leah Care has been providing domestic care assistance for the last year. I have been impressed and am appreciative of the degree of professionalism, friendliness and flexibility Leah Care has exhibited in providing this vital service, and I would highly recommend them.

I cannot thank the Manager enough and his excellent team of carers at Leah Care for the way they looked after my son. Kindness and compassion and patience are just a small number of words to describe the care my son received. Nothing was too much trouble. Learning the least painful way to move him each day was quickly established. The care regarding his personal hygiene was obvious each day. Respect for my dear son was always evident. I cannot rate them highly enough. Sadly my son did not survive his illness but myself and the rest of my family will always be grateful for the care he received from the Manager and his team.

Having moved my husband from another care provider, due to the dire care they provided, my expectations of a new provider were very low. But how wrong I was to underestimate, I can sum up Leah Care in one word - brilliant! From the super smooth transfer to the unconditional love and care given to my husband in his last days was simply outstanding.

The level of care and service we received from Leah Care has been outstanding. All the carers who visited my mum over the last five months were kind, knowledgeable and supportive. The admin staff are also excellent, always going out of their way to accommodate an ever-changing scenario. They were easy to contact and always willing to offer any help or guidance we needed. The care my aunt received from Leath Care was second to none, from the management to all the care staff. I live in Lincolnshire, so it was very important that my aunt had the best care possible, and that was provided by Leah Care. The daunting experience of organising care for the first time for my mum (90) was a very smooth one. I initially met the manager and was immediately very impressed with his genuine kindness and empathy towards my mum and the rest of our family. Nothing is too much trouble and any worries I have are immediately dealt with in a professional manner with the manager and his team. My mum's care needs are fully met and my mum loves her 2 visits a day. The carers listen to my mum and are very respectful. An outstanding care company.

Leah Care has supported my husband and I since he was in hospital in June. As a former nurse, I feel able to express my complete confidence in the care they show.
