Having moved my husband from another care provider, due to the dire care they provided, my expectations of a new provider were very low. But how wrong I was to underestimate, I can sum up Leah Care in one word - brilliant! From the super smooth transfer to the unconditional love and care given to my
husband in his last days was simply outstanding.


I literally cannot thank the Manager and his amazing team enough. They made my husband so happy and comfortable, it was so nice to see, and nothing was too much trouble. They all became part of our family. If anyone is looking for home care for themselves or a member of their family, I highly recommend Leah Care, you will not be disappointed and you will be in safe hands.


Thank you Leah Care from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for my husband you are an amazing team who I am going to miss very much.

One word to describe Leah Care - fantastic! Absolutely delighted that we chose Leah Care to provide Personal Care for my mum and subsequently respite care for my stepfather. From the initial assessment meeting with the Care Manager, I sensed that we were in good hands and the subsequent visits from
the carers confirmed this. Everyone has shown great empathy to my mum, stepfather and the rest of our family and have been caring, highly professional, friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a care company serving the Horsham and Billingshurst areas, I can highly recommend Leah Care.

Leah Care have been absolutely wonderful, kind, caring, considerate, passionate, reliable and professional in helping my dad feel as comfortable as he could be right up to the very end. The level of care and service we received from Leah Care has been outstanding. All the carers who visited my mum over the last five months were kind, knowledgeable and supportive. The admin staff are also excellent, always going out of their way to accommodate an ever-changing scenario. They were easy
to contact and always willing to offer any help or guidance we needed. We cannot thank them enough.

The care provided for my Dad by Leah Care was simply outstanding. The carers were kind, respectful, and always polite and my Dad enjoyed a song and a joke with them whenever he could. The Manager was exceptionally helpful and I couldn’t recommend highly enough!

The care my aunt received from Leath Care was second to none, from the management to all the care staff. I live in Lincolnshire, so it was very important that my aunt had the best care possible, and that was provided by Leah Care. I would telephone every day for an update on my aunt's health, and there
was always a friendly voice on the ether end. They were with my aunt in her final hours, and they gave her all the care and love to assure everything was okay. Well done, team.

The care provided by Leah Care has been brilliant and is still carrying on.
The daunting experience of organising care for the first time for my mum (90) was a very smooth one. I initially met the manager and was immediately very impressed with his genuine kindness and empathy towards my mum and the
rest of our family. Nothing is too much trouble and any worries I have are immediately dealt with in a professional manner with the manager and his team. My mum's care needs are fully met and my mum loves her 2 visits a day. The carers listen to my mum and are very respectful. An outstanding care company.

Leah Care have been providing home care for my elderly parents for a couple of months now. We have been overwhelmed by the kindness and high quality of care given. It has been a very challenging time with my mother's medical condition and dementia, however, all Leah Care staff have been managing the
situation very sensitively, and although my mother was reluctant to accept help initially, she has begun to foster positive relationships with the carers due to their ongoing patience and kindness towards her.
I feel that this has all been possible due to the leadership and commitment of Leah Care.

Leah Care has supported my husband and I since he was in hospital in June. As a former nurse, I feel able to express my complete confidence in the care they show. All the team we have met, and in particular, the manager, goes above and beyond to show compassion and empathy to both my husband as the
patient. As his wife, they are cheerful and friendly to me. They are polite, sensitive to the needs of the patient and above all kind and caring. If I were in the position of needing care it would be to Leah Care that I would go.

From the introductions, we felt like Leah Care was already part of our family. Not only extremely professional but extremely friendly and so, so helpful.
They went above and beyond many a time and were so kind and gentle with my father.
We can't praise Leah Care any more than we already have. The
carers and manager were so lovely and always took their time never rushed.
Always at the end of the phone and always cheerful.

My brother was sadly diagnosed with cancer last October. His deterioration was rapid and with the help of our local hospice, we were put in touch with the manager at Leah Care who came to visit my brother before the care package was put in place. He introduced the carers to my brother which gave him
the reassurance he required to accept care. I would like to thank all the carers who visited my brother during his final days. He was treated with compassion and kindness. The manager went out of his way to help us through the process and put us in touch with vital agencies. I would recommend Leah Care to anyone needing care.

Since suffering from a stroke, my father has been receiving visits from Leah Care, commencing November 2020. I cannot speak highly enough of the company as a whole, and from the initial contact with the manager, who came and did the assessment, to the current time, the care my father receives is excellent.
The manager is very proactive and plays an active role in care visits. Communication from the office/manager is exemplary. Nothing is too much trouble and I would wholeheartedly recommend Leah Care to anyone.

Leah Care looked after my father for 9 months, we were desperate and frightened for my father to receive in house care. From day one our minds were put at rest, Leah Care was exceptional and all the carers went beyond their call of duty. They not only met all his needs and requirements but made his

Now that my grandmother has got used to your carers' twice-daily visits that started a few weeks ago, she enjoys their company, plus their helpfulness along with having a laugh with each of them. It is a godsend that they help her prepare her evening meal and are more than happy to assist in any way

Leah Care came to support my wife and me during the last few weeks of her life. All of the carers involved treated my wife with gentle kindness and helped her maintain her dignity and independence of spirit. I was able to shift the caring I was doing over to them gradually and they were fabulous. They
went above and beyond to help her and to make it easier for me. I was impressed by how hands-on the manager was and he made sure his team had what they needed to provide the best possible care for my wife. I felt I was able to trust them completely. Thank you.

My frail relative needed help after a nasty fall. They wanted to go home but couldn't see how - they lacked confidence and motivation. We weren't sure if it would work, but we engaged Leah Care and agreed on a plan. The manager and his team have changed our lives. Every member of staff is just lovely,
kind, respectful, creative and sensible. Nothing is too much trouble. They have helped make life so much easier for us all. My relative is happy, settled and back in control, and we are all very grateful.

I'm a complex case as I have cancer and am in an ongoing state of being about to die soon - and then not dying. I used Leah Care for 6-months in 2020 and have been very happy with their communications, processes, and care (changing medical dressings, and chemo side effects support). I'd still be using
them now, but currently, I'm not as ill.
