This company took on the home care of our mum this year. I can honestly say they have been amazing. Our mum is so much happier now she is home and she is receiving the best care from this company. Everyone is so kind and caring towards both of our parents. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone their level of care is exceptional

The care for my father was excellent. The staff were always caring, thorough and very respectful. They all became friends, not just carers.

StellarCare provide personal care for my husband who has serious and complex health problems and is bed-bound. He is therefore reliant on carers for all his personal care needs. We are both delighted with the service provided by StellarCare. The carers are all highly skilled and professional whilst being friendly, kind and respectful of my husband's dignity. They are alert to any developing problems and communicate well with our GP practice when needed. They also communicate well with me. The managers are easily contactable and responsive. We are grateful to them all.

The carers are very professional. They all arrive with a smile and cheery greeting. Without exception, they put my husband's care in the forefront. They will chat to him whilst dressing, washing etc and are all discreet. I know how much my husband looks forward to them coming each visit. We would like to say a big thank you to you all.

No complaints, excellent service.

I cannot thank our carer enough for the care he gives to my dad during his night-sits. He has a very caring nature and has shown much respect during his shifts. This enables me to get my sleep without being disturbed and to be able to care through the days. He is punctual and very accommodating to my dad's needs. He shows confidence in his care and has got to know Dad well now, which helps him settle. Thank you Dad's carer.

We are very impressed with the carers and happy with the care they provide, even in the short time they have been caring for my mum. Very polite, friendly and professional. Their timekeeping is great, and the food they leave, Mum enjoys.

Nothing is too much trouble, and any contact with the office is a pleasant experience.

I find the service very good. The staff are very polite and willing to help. Having had the same carers more frequently, they have got to know my needs and routine, making things easier, both for me and the carers themselves. I hope I have been able to teach some of the less experienced members how to do things, as they appear less confident, especially when delivering personal care. They introduce themselves when they arrive and wear the uniform giving the feeling of safety.

All the carers are respectful and make an effort to get to know the people they are helping. My husband gets on well with them, and I find them warm and friendly.

I would highly recommend this company. There is no comparison with the service from the previous unreliable company we had.

All in all, if your elderly relations are allocated this care company you should ask for another one.

This service is one of a kind, all of the staff including office and carers, treat each client with dignity and respect. The day staff always do the best they can when answering questions you might have. I have had a brilliant experience with every team member from Stella Care NW and will be recommending.

The whole team from Stella Care were amazing. From the professional care to the loving care that they not only showed and gave to our Mum but to us as a family. They became a big part of our journey. Can not thank you enough.
