we have 3 careers ophelia is the main care giver she is wonderful with mum then Anna also very good with mum and Carol also very good with mum they all give her time to do what she needs to do no rushing slow and caring they use the whole hour on mum and for bed time the same they are all very good we are very lucky to have them.

Unfortunately not a good outfit avoid! So I'm going to give you a real account of the company, obviously the owners or so called head office only here to make money and exploit the system and there staff! Care is the word and this company do not do that in the old days caring means to look after and do anything for that person for the time you pay them from which this company does not! I've lived with family and my partner through this my whole life watching and learning and this is not caring it's a money making outfit that doesn't care about your loved ones! They hope there dealing with people on there own so the likes of me can't watch there shoddy behaviour but I've taken pictures monitored there work and if you have loved ones I wouldn't use them the staff are lovely with the odd exception! They don't wash the dishes or put empty packets in bin they leave the equipment in the place they used it instead of putting it back where they got it!

I have been looking for a carer agency with dementia experience for over two and a half years for my Mum. It’s been especially difficult given they live in Harwich. I found so many wouldn’t travel the distance. Since early June 2020, PBS Care started looking after Mum at bedtime and also making my parents a light tea at 5pm. All I can say is “nothing is too much trouble”. The nominated individual has been absolutely superb in her care, understanding of dementia, advice on medication, attention to detail, and the agency’s holistic approach to looking after my parents as a couple is exemplary. Communication between agency and family is a great support in what is a stressful time. Please don’t hesitate to contact them for help with your family member. I’m so glad I took that step. Thank you.
