Home Instead Ivybridge offers in-home care services to Ivybridge, Kingsbridge, Modbury, Plympton, Plymstock, Yealmpton and surrounding areas.

The team at Home Instead Ivybridge believe that everybody has the right to remain in their own home for as long as possible, leading a fulfilling life and surrounded by precious memories and belongings. My uncle has been provided with the services of Home Instead for over two years.
In that time, he has been cared for with humour, empathy and imagination by a variety of people.
They are friendly and responsive to his needs and our concerns.

Our family has been delighted with the quality of care given to an elderly relative during the past two years by Home Instead (Ivybridge). As well as highly professional, it has been warm, compassionate, and imaginative; and everything has been managed with a great sense of humour. Apart from helping
him with his medication and meals, his carers have arranged trips out for lunch and to the shops, visits to neighbours assisted with reading and writing (he is seriously visually handicapped) and appointments with the doctor. Nothing has been too much trouble: everyone has been willing to go the extra mile. It's hugely reassuring to know that he's in such good hands, particularly since no member of the family lives close by.

Home Instead carers are providing excellent client-centred care to my elderly parents, both of whom have differing needs. The team are flexible, caring, shows initiative, and above all, are always warm and friendly. I cannot thank them enough for the care they provide.

My nan has Alzheimer's and has daily visitors from Home Instead (Ivybridge) to support her in getting up and preparing lunch.
They encourage her to do activities and, when possible, take her on trips out for lunch, which makes a huge difference to her day.
Being flexible, they were able to provide
extra visits whilst I took my mum (her primary carer) away on a much-needed holiday this summer.
We are planning to go away this winter, knowing she is in good hands.

Martin previously spent over thirty years working in the fields of marketing and advertising where he developed a range of skills that he is putting to good use in managing the Home Instead Ivybridge, Kingsbridge, Plymstock and Plympton office.


He is supported in this role by his wife Anne-Marie who comes from a background in teaching. Together they are passionate about providing outstanding care for their clients and firmly believe that with the right care and support, our senior community can lead fulfilling and happy lives.
