Carer always on time, if unable for some reason then I am notified. The carer comes with cheerful attitude. Conversation.
The downside is the lack of continuity of personnel. My wife's mental health is such that constant change is very difficult to cope with. This makes explaining our requirements all the time very time-consuming and mentally draining.
The carer who came to us was a kind, sensible lady with a lot of common sense, a rather rare commodity these days. We have enjoyed her presence and welcomed her help and support.

My experience in care started when my father became very unwell, and seeing the amazing care he received. I then started working in homecare so I could give others that amazing care. As well as my care experience, I also have an extensive background in business development and management.
Charley joined us in 2020 as a visiting care member of staff, with her impressive work ethic and willingness to go far above and beyond.
Charley supports the staff in the community and has office responsibilities too.
