Since coming to Vitality Home Health, I have had such a relief. My regular carer is an angel and she visits me 6 out of 7 days. She is extremely helpful and is in tune with my life. We enjoy each others company and I could not wish for a better carer.
Thank you so much for your review. It is wonderful you have such a remarkable bond with your carer and that the continuity is working so well.
I contacted Vitality Home Health when my Mum was in respite care after a period of time in hospital. She was no longer able to live by herself so the options were to stay in a care home or move home with a live in carer. She had always expressed a desire to be at home so I was keen to try that option. Vitality were easy to work with from the beginning, spending time getting to know Mum and her wants and needs. When the time came for her to move home they managed the whole process. The two carers that she has had living with her on an alternating basis have been exceptionally lovely and kind. They look after her so well and she is happy. All communication with me has been excellent and I feel at ease knowing Mum is in safe hands.
Thankyou so much for this review. Mum has and continues to be an absolute pleasure to support. We are thrilled you have found the whole process seamless. Both carers feel very supported by you, which makes our job so much easier.
The carers that visit mum are on time and very respectful. They are always aware of Mum's needs and ensure her wellbeing. This gives us peace of mind that Mum is safe and secure in her own home. There are regular reviews and referrals to medical professionals if needed.
We appreciate the time you took to send this review and many thanks for your kind words. We are pleased the service mum receive gives you peace of mind.
We have received excellent service from the whole team in the Otford office and the carers really do care. My mum has been looked after with the same care and attention that we would like to be able to give her. The office staff have dealt with the doctors and hospital on our behalf on many occasions to a very high standard. We feel very confident in recommending Vitality Home Health services to other people as we have received nothing short of 1st class service.
Many thanks for taking the time to send such a positive review. Looking after your mum is an absolute pleasure and we are so happy that not only the Care Givers but the office team have played their part in ensuring mum has quality care delivered.
The service is always provided at the same time each day and delivered in a profession manner. The supervisory staff keep in touch regularly with myself and my wife to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The care package provided by Vitality has been so important in ensuring my progress back to better health.
Thank you so much for this review. We are thrilled that the care we have provided has complimented your progress back to health. The office team work really hard to support the Care Staff to deliver great care, so its always nice to hear their efforts have been noticed. We wish you continued success on your journey back to better health too.
And she would look forward to her visits.
Thank you to all the staff, your make a real difference every day too the people you support.
Many thanks for your kind words. It is important to us to know that the staff we provide are exactly as you describe and more importantly, the service we provide has the desired effect.
The service was professional, the staff member listened and made the service very person-centred my Aunt was at the centre of all decisions made. She was available with any concerns and adjusted the service accordingly. There was a follow-up review to check how things were going and telephone calls.
The staff were professional and kind especially Honey who was exceptional with my Aunt.
We as a family would highly recommend Vitality sadly my aunt's needs meant following a respite period full-time care was the best for her personally.
Great service from a team that listened and cared.
Thank you so much for your review. Your aunt was an absolute pleasure to support and we were very sad to see her go. We are thrilled that the care provided was professional. We pride ourselves on listening to our customers and their families so that the customer receives the very best quality care.
The company has never let me down by not turning up.
The carers are very easy to deal with and always carry out my requests.
On the few occasions I have had a query or problem, the manager has responded quickly and efficiently.
Many thanks for this review and we are pleased you find the carers cheerful and efficient. You must enjoy seeing them daily as well as the management team within our office is responsive.
Mum has carers three times a day to help her wash and dress, supervise her medication and prepare meals. They are very good with her and happy to help with things like hoovering, putting the weekly wash on and putting the bins out for her.
A full record of every visit, including a photo of her meal, is uploaded in real-time to their computer system and we have been given access to view this. It is very reassuring to know how she is.
We would certainly recommend this service to anyone needing care.
Many thanks for your kind words. We are thrilled our service has proven to be efficient, kid and caring.
We have found Vitality Health very kind, compassionate and very understanding with all the needs for Mum, there’s always someone on hand to help when we’ve had questions or require extra help. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone, they’ve not only been a lifesaver for Mum but our family as a whole.
Thank you for your review. It is always nice for us to hear first-hand thoughts about the service. Many thanks also for your recommendation!
Communication is excellent from both the office and the carers. Her main carer is a lovely person, cares deeply about her job and manages my mother's care with kindness and efficiency. I would not hesitate to recommend Vitality.
Dear David, thank you for your review. I am so pleased that your mother's care is living up to your expectations. Defining care teams is very important to us, and it's good to hear your mother is thriving due to this. The office team work hard on communication, so it's equally as pleasing to hear this is a productive part of our relationship.
Very efficient service, friendliness, up-to-date information, reliable.
We are so pleased our service has been successful with Mum. We do try to be as effective as possible!
As a family we are very happy with vitality home health, from the start to now the service has been impeccable and this is across the board from all staff. My uncle has been treated with the care and compassion and most importantly the dignity that he deserves. This has been an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family but vitality home health has been there to support us as well as my uncle. I could not recommend them enough.
Thank you, Louise, for your very kind review. We are certainly pleased to hear that the care your family has received has benefited you all. We also hope that we have managed to ease some of the difficulties you have all been facing. Take care.
Vitality Home Health (Sevenoaks) have been really great with organising live-in care for my dad whose Parkinsons had become very difficult to manage. They have spent a great deal of time getting to know him, what he likes and needs for his care from a medical, physical and social side. They have lifted his spirits and his overall well-being has been so much better.
Many thanks for submitting this review. It is always good to know that our service has met your expectations.
I used Vitality live-in care to give me a respite break. I found the whole process of engaging with Vitality Home Care straightforward and really helpful in their listening and answering my questions. They supported me through the plan of what was required. Their needs-led assessment of care was outstanding in looking at all aspects of care delivery. This is my first experience of having a live-in person to take over my duties and to trust to look after my dear husband! The carer was excellent. My home and his care continued very much as if I was there, so impressed. My husband was delighted with his care and loved the food his carer cooked. She was polite, kind and respectful. I would recommend this outstanding company and I will continue to use it for further respite breaks. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It is refreshing to know that our service matched your expectations. We very much look forward to supporting your husband again.
The staff were prompt, efficient, kind and fully trained. They also had time to talk to my husband when I wasn't there so he didn't feel lonely.
Good experience all round.
The whole experience with Vitality was brilliant from start to finish, the pre-care, the communications and the standard of care generally. One area for possible training for the carer was around the preparation of meals - happy to elaborate if required.
We are so pleased to hear that the whole experience was very positive. We have taken on board your comments on meal preparation and have applied additional training.
All the carers she has had have been amazing and really looked after my mum especially through all the upset she has had recently.
The office staff especially one person, always try and help my mum out by trying to find solutions to our needs and finding the best ways to look after her.
I really do not know what we would have done without them.
They are polite, respectful and happy to chat with my mother on many topics. Having Vitality is a God send for us all, it gives the family peace of mind that our mother is being cared for especially when we all are facing a difficult time.
The follow up service and availability of members of staff is exceptional.
I highly recommend Vitality if you are looking for that caring, thoughtful and professional service for a loved one.

Then we can provide holistic, personalised care to promote your health and wellbeing in the comfort of your own home. My vision is to train our carergivers to provide outstanding personalised healthcare. And to help the people we care for to live an active, fulfilled and stimulating life.
