Personable, caring and very capable carers, my father enjoys all their visits and his mood has improved considerably since they’ve been visiting. Care is provided from a consistently small pool of carers allowing my father to develop more meaningful relationships/friendships with them. Communication with the office is excellent and timely, enabling me to inform my father in advance as to who will be visiting.
Having had a bad experience with a previous care agency, we are delighted to have found In Home Care and I would happily recommend them to others.

I have only had excellent attention from all carers that I have seen.
All carers enquire if I need anything else completed or prepared before they leave.
Any dirty crockery that I've not washed is always washed and left ready for my next use.

My mother was bedridden and needed care four times a day in the last four weeks since returning from hospital, she was on end-of-life care, the visits from the care team who worked in pairs brightened her day. They were professional and caring and my mother thought of them as friends. I am very grateful for the way they treated my mother at the end of her life.

This service is professional, supportive and what I find extremely important the caters are caring.
Time with my brother is not only spent helping him with some of his daily tasks, but when complete, time is spent chatting and sometimes even going for a walk.

We have experienced a high quality of service from In Home Care. Dad has a range of complicated issues which have been dealt with very welcome care and attention. Dad really enjoys his twice daily visits from the most accommodating staff. They make him feel really comfortable and if a health problem arises the carer will contact the family promptly which enables us to be able to deal with the situation with doctors or hospital advice which gives us peace of mind.

My dad, at 93, has been having morning carers for some time now, all of them are really lovely and treat him with respect - they are all excellent with him.
Our main lady, who he has at least five days a week, has built a real rapport with him and he is comfortable with her coming into the house.

In Home Care have worked with my husband and I for over 4 months. During that time their team of carers has expanded and they vary considerably in age and experience. They share a strong team ethos, however, all are both friendly and professional in their approach. My husband feels comfortable and confident with the care he receives and it has been straightforward to combine my role as his primary carer with theirs. They are punctual and friendly and listen carefully to any concerns we may have.
