We have experienced a high quality of service from In Home Care. Dad has a range of complicated issues which have been dealt with very welcome care and attention. Dad really enjoys his twice daily visits from the most accommodating staff. They make him feel really comfortable and if a health problem arises the carer will contact the family promptly which enables us to be able to deal with the situation with doctors or hospital advice which gives us peace of mind.

The carers of my bed bound Father for the last 9 months are truly exceptional. His needs always come first and they are so very kind, gentle and caring to him but also efficient. The owner is always in contact to check that my Father is happy. She is very helpful and understanding if issues arise with my Father, even late in the evening and weekends. In my Father’s words ‘the carers are wonderful’.

Our main lady, who he has at least five days a week, has built a real rapport with him and he is comfortable with her coming into the house.

All of the carers that have been attending Mum for her take-a-break sessions have been very professional and supportive of her needs, taking her out to look around the shops or just chatting about her pets.

In Home Care have worked with my husband and I for over 4 months. During that time their team of carers has expanded and they vary considerably in age and experience. They share a strong team ethos, however, all are both friendly and professional in their approach. My husband feels comfortable and confident with the care he receives and it has been straightforward to combine my role as his primary carer with theirs. They are punctual and friendly and listen carefully to any concerns we may have.

The care staff made me feel very comfortable. Friendly although know when to be professional. Still need to work on areas such as going for a walk but whatever I do it is with the help of my carers.

Our first experience of having home care has been such a relief. The care staff have been so kind and understanding and such a help for me.

It's nice that care feels more personalized and like I'm actually cared about, unlike previous care services who weren't always as kind. The office staff as well as the personal carers try to make sure everything is in place how I need it to be and will check up now and then to ask what changes I may need.

From my initial contact with the Fareham office, I felt that my needs would be understood and met. The director visited my partner and me at home and immediately appreciated what my partner needed during my short break away. The director visited each day and catered to all my partner's needs and then reported to me giving me complete peace of mind. The director's cheerful personality certainly lifted his mood and we will certainly welcome her help in the future. This was the first time we had accessed home care and feel fortunate to have found the director and her team.
