Every part of the care plan is excellent. It has taken so much of my worry away knowing my husband is treated so well. We are always notified if a carer is running late due to unforeseen circumstances. I am so pleased to have found In Home Care; they are like an extended part of our family.

In Home have been caring for both my mother and father at their retirement home - they have connected with my parents in a very professional manner at all times, but also made both feel happy and loved as part of an extended family. In Home Care provided daily support to my mother to enable her to live independently with Alzheimer's. The service they provided was outstanding, both in terms of engagement with my mum given the nature of the condition, and providing instant support and guidance to myself and my brother when there were concerns. This was such a lifeline since we don't live locally. I can honestly say they always responded immediately to any queries or worries and adapted the support instantly in ways that worked for my mum and gave us the peace of mind she was supported. My mum described the carers as her friends on many occasions and they went above and beyond to make her feel happy and supported whilst still honouring her desire to be independent. I cannot recommend them enough, thanks to the lovely carers and managers for all that you did.

My parents are now both in residential care but wouldn't have been able to stay at home so long without their assistance.

In Home Care have provided regular daily care for my grandmother for a couple of years and have recently started providing care for my grandfather as well. None of the immediate family lives nearby and my grandparents' wellbeing is a big concern for the family. However, the excellent service provided gives us peace of mind. My grandparents are able to remain in their own home as is their wish due to the support they provide and every one of the carers provides a first-class service. The team keeps me regularly informed of their status and clearly takes great care in the services they provide. Would highly recommend their services. Thank you for your continued support!

I am a service user as a carer for my husband. I receive respite care for him for 3 hours a week. I am very grateful for this. My husband was carefully matched with a carer who is similar in age. The carer has always been reliable, cheerful, conscientious and enthusiastic about his role. My husband does not like to be seen as a 'patient' or a person with needs and I have 'sold' him the idea that both he and his carer are helping each other. This seems to work and he is generally content to spend time with the carer. Thank you all!

Overall the carers who are sent to sit with my husband while I take a break have been excellent. His needs while I am away are relatively simple. Mainly interesting company and friendly conversation to stop him from becoming anxious about my absence, and to make a drink for him at an apt moment. So far your carers have kept him happy.

We commenced contact with In Home Care in October 2023 following a downturn in my dad's health. From the off, the office team were so helpful. Visited my parents and I and thoroughly talked through our needs and explained costings and were totally upfront (unlike other companies we had spoken with and met). Met our requirements for days and timings. Carers are wonderful - prompt, happy, polite, hard-working and most importantly so caring. Scheduling and invoicing is easy to understand. Messaging group for easy communication. Company were very understanding with unexpected change to schedule when my dad went into hospital following a collapse. Offered advice about the Attendance Allowance application too. My dad thinks they are wonderful and it has really eased the worry for me/siblings. Would highly recommend. The company really do care! As soon as I met the manager I knew this was the company for us.

My experience has been nothing less than excellent. The carers treat me with complete dignity.

If anyone asks if I can recommend this agency I would have no hesitation in saying 'Yes'.

Having had a bad experience with a previous care agency, we are delighted to have found In Home Care and I would happily recommend them to others.

I received a very good service. Care is excellent. I am treated with dignity and respect from my carer. She also cooks us good meals. My carer knows how to emphasise and she is sensitive to our needs. She always respects our wishes and decisions. She allows us to decide what is good for us. I do not want to go to another care provider.

They also fit in their times to suit me and my family’s arrangements.
