Thank you to your carers for caring for my father both before and after his death on the 20th of November 2022. At all times carers were compassionate and treated my father as an individual, not just a patient. Carers stayed with my father hours after his death, until his death could be certified, I live five hours' drive away and could not be there. I cannot thank you enough for enabling my father to die at home as he wished.

Having been anxious about how I would cope with end-of-life care for my husband, I was very well supported and given confidence by the carers from Care 24/7. They were always on time (and let me know if they were going to be delayed unavoidably), gentle and respectful. They were flexible and did everything possible to accommodate my husband's wishes. They were interested in us as a family and never gave the impression of being in a rush. I could not fault the care my husband received.

The carers working here are wonderfully kind, compassionate and hard-working. We are very grateful to them for their work.
