All the team are doing a grand job. With special thanks to Danai. ,Ramisa ,Lauren who show up and always put me at ease knowing they are doing their best work when caring after Gill The rest of the team are doing a good job also . And definitely makes caring for mum easier than it would be without this service. Thanks to Katy and Sofie for keeping on top of the team and covering at short notice when absence occurs. Of late with the extra evening visit this is an another massive help so thank you all for organising this cover. I defo recommend care mark team for anyone wanting this service. These 5 ladies are a credit to their profession. . Thank you.

As a family we have found the services of Caremark to be professional, efficient, supportive and very caring. My mother in law's care needs increased significantly after she had a fall and we needed to upgrade her care package quickly. The managers put this in place swiftly and efficiently and put us in touch with the Local Authority which was a great help. All the care staff treat my mother in law with dignity and compassion which has greatly benefitted her. I highly recommend Caremark (Forest of Dean).

The experience has been very good from the start. Following the initial contact the communication has been excellent and the care was in place promptly. The ongoing care has been excellent again plenty of communication and all questions etc always answered promptly. Highly recommend

What a team. They care for my sister with compassion and understanding. She is unable to to move or wash herself and they shower and do her hair. She is cleaned with care and dignity and listened to and helped to get ready for days out or just company while she eats. A marvelous team

I recently changed care agency to Caremark and its thè best decision ì have made. The staff are just lovely and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They also remember the little attention to detail things like me having my pillows a certain way. The level of hygiene is excellent.

Having the fantastic team from Caremark Forest of Dean is a lifeline to me as the only son & sole carer for my Dad who has many complex medical issues including dementia. Everyone is kind and helpful, and whenever I have needed extra time they have sorted that out for me. A couple of visits a week doesn't sound like much but it means I can take my daughter and wife out, or just have an evening without having to plan everything around my Dad's care needs for that day. Total confidence in recommending Caremark. They are 100% consistent, 100% reliable and lovely people to boot. The last 6 months would have been so much harder without Caremark in our world.

So far I'm very happy with the service we are receiving for my mother. She's getting good care & services from Home care. They go in two times a day in the morning to help get her dressed & to make her breakfast. Then in the evening she is helped to get a solid hot meal in to her but I know that the hard point because she's a very fussy eater & never knows what she wants so I feel sorry for her helpers because she's hard work with eating. And I get good feed back from the office if there's any problems so all in all I'm very happy with the great services they are doing for my self & mum so top marks Homecare.

i have no hesitation in recommending Caremark. My husband has received excellent care and our family wonderful support from them all. Nothing has been too much trouble when asked of them always treated with respect and kindness. My husband built up a bond with his girls as he called them. This made us certain we had made the right choice in choosing Caremark. i have nothing but respect for them and am so grateful for everything they all have done for us as a family.

We changed care provider for mum as we weren't happy with the previous caregivers and our confidence in the process had been badly damaged. However, from the very first contact we have been very impressed with the help and advice we were given from Caremark but more importantly the excellent care mum has received since moving to them and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing carers.

I initially contacted Caremark FoD earlier this year when trying to source a period of temporary care support for Mum. Of the many companies I called, the Registered Manager was the ONLY one who took the time to really talk to me and advise me, even though she was unable to meet my requirement at that time. Fast forward to July and my Mum, 94 with vascular dementia was taken ill, resulting in a 4 week stay in hospital. Her cognitive deterioration has been frightening, and I was unable to continue caring for Mum at home without support. I met with the manager and the Field Care Supervisor. From the first meeting I just knew I had made the right choice. Professional, compassionate, supportive, informative, and I trusted them immediately to meet Mum's needs. All the care staff live locally, which I love and they are all absolutely amazing, patient and caring with Mum, which is not easy as each visit is like the first! I love them all and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

When calling on the phone, any queries are answered and any problems are rectified. All the carers are honest, kind and efficient and any matters arising in the home are brought to the attention of the management, which are then filtered through to me.

My mum has received excellent care from all the carers that have attended her. She enjoys their visits and they are always punctual, professional and helpful. There has been some turnover of staff, but they have all been good. As a family we have confidence in Caremark and peace of mind now and for the future. Thank you.

From the very start that my mother needed a care package, Caremark have been amazing. The management were fantastic in helping support what my mum would need, they are always helpful with everything, pleasant, kind and thoughtful. The carers are also very good and are all respectful and pleasant, kind, thoughtful and always put my mum at ease, they take time to do an amazing job, but also chat and engage well with my mum, we could not even tell you how to improve as you don't need to you are all amazing at your roles and I thank you so much.

I am so grateful to the amazing team of carers and managers they have supported my Nan after a previous awful experience with a different care provider, they took the time to build a brilliant relationship with her and now she looks forward to there visits. They treat her with respect and kindness, the communication is brilliant which is very reassuring for the family. Very thankful for all they do.

Highly recommend! We have been with the company for 3 weeks and everyone is so lovely, caring, kind and attentive. Mum is pleased to see them and is laughing and joking within minutes. Everyone has gone out of their way to make sure mum's routine is consistent and the care provided is to the highest standard. It has provided me with much needed respite and enabled me to have more of a mother/daughter relationship which I had greatly missed. The initial assessment with management was professional, friendly and efficient. They took time to gather detailed information to create a tailored care package suitable for mum' s individual needs. I have felt supported by management who have genuinely taken my needs into account throughout this process.

Very good service, kind and caring staff very attentive gets on well with my dad and very trustworthy. Caring for my dad would be very difficult without them so I'm very grateful. Also it's nice for my dad to have someone else to talk to other than me.

Couldn't recommend highly enough. All of the staff are really professional about what they do, but more than that, they genuinely care. Sounds a bit obvious when talking about a care agency, but every single one of the people that have visited mum have been kind, attentive and practical ladies that put her at ease. There was an excellent and thorough process at the start to make sure nothing was missed and everything was as Mum likes it. The best thing is that I know mum is in safe hands and it allows me to be her son again.
