We now have peace of mind that our mother cared for the moment from waking up to being out to bed. We are safe in the knowledge that she is getting her meals and being looked after.
Our mother has developed a strong bond with all the carers, which helps massively. Nothing seems too much, and the attitudes are always professional.
Thanks.
Since receiving care support from Caremark (Herefordshire and Forest of Dean) Mother has been much happier and contented being cared for in her own home.
Caremark staff demonstrate best practice and work to meet patients needs at all times. Excellent.
I really couldn't have managed without home care, can't praise them enough, all angels from top to bottom and so helpful in every way.
