Funding & Fees

We can provide care in 30, 45, 60 minute segments and longer for sit ins, companionship and more complex care. Overnight waking or sleeping shifts and live-ins are priced per client depending on requirements.

I am very happy with the care and support that we receive. The girls are lovely, always friendly and make me laugh every day. They have become part of the family. Highly recommendable.

All the staff and carers are very friendly, professional and hard-working. They treat the clients with the dignity and respect that is needed. If there are any problems they get looked at straight away and dealt with.

Sophie is the CQC registered Care Manager here at Caremark Hereford and FOD, she has worked in the care sector for 13 years, working with different sectors within the care industry. She has experience with complex needs, palliative and end-of-life support along with learning disabilities and autism. Sophie understands the importance of managing a team to ensure that the people we support are receiving exceptional care and have everything they would like from a care provider. Sophie oversees the safe running of the company on a daily basis, her responsibilities include Coordinating the care delivered, having a hands-on approach, and liaising with the local authority, and medical professionals to achieve the best outcome for our client base. Sophie has a caring, empathetic and patient nature that she passes on to her care staff to ensure that we reach the person-centred care we want to achieve.
