Dad has had Caremark helping him twice a day for a few years now.
They have been and continue to be fantastic all the way through, tweaking things where needed to make him happy in his home and ensuring his needs are met.
The ladies are all just fab with him (even dealing with his difficult moods at times!)

The communication is great and highly recommended!

Carers who attend my mother all engaged with her very well. When we spoke with Caremark about times for the visits we requested a bedtime of 21:00 hrs, this does not happen. My mother is put to bed too early.

Thanks very much for your kind comments. We have passed your comments on bedtimes to the management team. Thanks, Dave MD Caremark (Herefordshire and Forest of Dean)

We didn’t realise exactly how beneficial to all the family’s needs a care plan would be until it was in place. The carers who attend aren’t just carers, they have become so much more!
We now have peace of mind that our mother cared for the moment from waking up to being out to bed. We are safe in the knowledge that she is getting her meals and being looked after.

Our mother has developed a strong bond with all the carers, which helps massively. Nothing seems too much, and the attitudes are always professional.

Thank you for your review. The staff and care team make every effort to provide person-centred care, underpinned by a very comprehensive assessment that drives the development of the care plan. We also like to treat our service users, and we or our relatives would like to be treated. Of course, if you have any comments on the care plan, please feel free to contact us.

Thanks.
