New managers = Amazing can't fault them, the change in the last 2 or so months.. theve gone above and beyond along with the carers to try help me and help get more support in place with social workers. late nights, endless phone calls and emails. always there to speak to and always get back to you. Im so happy to be under there care i just wish they was around from the start of my care. Any issues that may of come up were dealt with and sorted and we move on.

My uncle has started with the company and all the team at Alcedo Care North Liverpool. They have made a positive impact on his life, they have made a huge effort to get him out of the home as he has not been out in years. Amazing company, effective care, I feel that my uncle is safe and happy in the care being provided.

The carers supporting my mum have been amazing, they always go above and beyond. The office staff are very helpful and the communication is amazing. My mum doesn't know what she would do without the support of Alcedo Care.

Alcedo is a fantastic company that provides a first class service. They are professional, kind and very supportive. The carers, Julia + Kaidy, are amazing with Anaiyah and have helped her build independence and confidence in social interactions. They are always punctual and flexible, which makes a huge difference. Anaiyah looks forward to going out with them and is always happy when she returns, which gives me a peace of mind, knowing she is well cared for. Alcedo has truly become part of our family. I don't know what I would do without them. I am truly blessed and forever grateful.

Excellent support and help from carers and office. I am very happy with this company. When Lindsay came to do the intial assessment was very thorough and support has been excellent. I find my carers do a very thorough job and do all they can to help me.

Been with them 5 months now and care package still not fully in place... lots of communication issues. They send random carers youve never met even though Ive highlighted people to be in my team and trained for me. Increasing my anxiety and stress levels which having this care is meant to decrease this... there are some good carers but also a lot of staff that cant follow instructions.

I have been receiving support from Alcedo carers for almost a year now. They support my young som who has physical and mental disabilities with access to the community as well as home support. Receiving support from Alcedo has massively improved his quality of life with developing personal relationships and engaging in activities outside of school. The carers they have been sending have gone above and beyond to ensure that my son is happy and active. The office staff have been extremely supportive and understanding with the allocation of his hours. I do not know what we would do without them.

We have just moved over to Alcedo Care and couldn't be more grateful for the care we are receiving for my husband. The staff team are amazing, friendly and so professional that I know he's in safe hands.

Can't thank the staff enough for the support they are providing for my elderly parents. My mum has built up a great rapport with her carer and looks forward to her visits each week. It's a huge relief for us as a family to know that she is being cared for so well and above all that she is receiving continuity of care from her carer. I wanted to thank your young team of carers for the massive difference they have made to the service user. He is ten years old and has lifelong complex needs. We have struggled to find carers with the skill, energy and general passion to meet his needs until Alcedo! We noticed the service user engaging immediately, forming strong bonds, resulting in him walking further, strengthening his whole body, communicating more clearly. As he is visually and hearing impaired, he loves sitting on the floor, holding hands, with face-to-face attention, the smile on his face says it all. His mum is now able to leave him safe in the knowledge he feels happy and secure with all of your team, which she was unable to do in the past. The service user can now go on regular trips in his wheelchair to the local park to feed the ducks and walk on the grass, trips to supermarket escalators, to the city centre and to his favourite place of all - sitting on the laundry floor hugging the washing machine with his carers. You have increased his quality of life 100%.

I am really pleased with the staff and management. They do their job really well and they are always respectful. My child always enjoys going out with them because there are nice people and there have never been any problems with any of the staff and I trust them to look after my child.

Just like to say thank you to all the wonderful staff who looked after Mum for the last year or so, especially those who cared for her during the last few months of her life. They were very caring and compassionate and treated her with dignity right to the very end, whilst keeping her spirits up by having a laugh with her.

I can not thank the staff enough for all the care and support they provided for my nan. The carers always went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were also so kind and always took an interest in us as a family, too. They made my nan's last few weeks the most caring and comfortable she could've had. Thank you, Alcedo Care!

My mum calls the carers angels and you certainly are angels. They are such a lovely, caring and kind bunch of people who are helping me and my mum so much. A carer is not a job to them, a carer is what they are!

Alcedo Care took over our mum's care following a long stay in hospital, and from the first day, each and every member of staff has been amazing! The level of care they provide her is above and beyond every single visit. From making sure she has all her medication, she has a shower, she is all ready for her day, and any meals and drinks she wants. Day and night they are always caring, happy, respectful, professional, and hard-working. Big thank you!
