My husband was cared for by your team. I cannot thank them enough for all the care and compassion shown towards my husband and my family. We were only with you for a short time as my husband sadly passed away. I would like to give a special mention to several members of staff in particular who went above and beyond their role as a carer. You really are an amazing group of people and I would recommend you to anyone.

Alcedo Care have been excellent. From the first day they took over the care of my mother, the staff were so professional. The level of care has been exceptional. I cannot speak more highly of the staff who have gone the extra mile to ensure my mother has been kept clean, fed, and administered drugs in a very caring fashion.

I have only been with Alcedo for a short time and the overall care I receive is of a very high standard. All the carers are very efficient and friendly and treat me with dignity all the time. Apart from washing and dressing they also do my skincare in the correct way and never rush me. Before they leave they make sure that I am comfortable. On the rare occasion they are going to be late, they always phone to let me know.

My name is Rebecca and I am the Deputy Manager for Alcedo Care North Liverpool. My role in a nutshell is to assist the Care Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of our home care service, to ensure that we are providing excellent quality, person-centred care to our clients.
My name is Adam and I am the Care Coordinator at Alcedo Care Liverpool. My role involves allocating our care workers to our clients, working with our staff’s availability, level of experience and specialist skills, and aligning them to our clients’ needs.

My role includes carrying out spot checks and supervisions with carers, making sure they are providing the high standards of care we strive for. Hi, my name is Stephanie, and I am the care assessor for Alcedo Care North Liverpool. As a Care Assessor, my role is to prepare and adapt person-centred care plans for our clients and their families.
