I have worked in the care sector for over twenty years, in several different settings, including care homes, care in the community and hospital settings. I started as a carer, then was promoted to a senior carer, before becoming a care coordinator. I then went on to become a Registered Manager for a domiciliary care company. I have a QCF Level 5 in Leadership within Social Care and Young People's Services.
