I have found Caring Bird very reliable and reassuring service to use. The staff are always pleasant and show kindness and friendship to my mum whilst visiting. They always keep me updated on her care. The app that they have is the most useful tool. It enables me to see who is going and the times,
and after their visit, they write notes for me to read about how Mum was during that visit. When I am on holiday and unable to visit Mum daily, this gives me peace of mind. When you have someone you care for who is 92 years old with dementia, this service is invaluable. I have recommended caring birds to family and friends. Keep up the good work.

Mum appears well cared for by the carers who attend her home. She is quite isolated, so welcomes the visits and the opportunity to chat.
We do sometimes worry about the amount of new staff/turnover of staff as this often unsettles Mum having new people around.
The staff I have met are always friendly
and chatty and have Mum's best interests at heart.
On occasion, they have gone above and beyond their duties by bringing in things like bread/ milk when she has run out.
The care coordinators communicate regularly and effectively, letting me know when Mum needs new medication etc or when they have any concerns.

Chose this company based on it being local to Dad, based in his village, and because they were recommended and had good reviews here. Dad is 97, very set in his ways, also very resistant to getting paid care. I am an only child living 270 miles away. From the start the ladies were excellent. They listened
to me and took on board my concerns for Dad. They turn up on time, do all the things expected within the hour. Been told Dad only has good things to say about them and he is very difficult to please. Also, they are prepared to be flexible e.g. changing the time of the visit to allow Dad to go to church on Sunday morning and accommodating my monthly visits with no issues. Today we cancelled because we thought Dad was going into hospital, then when he decided not to go I was able to reinstate the visit and not only did the lady turn up on time and make lunch and tea but also dealt with new medications. Only had one Saturday where the visit was missed. They offer a home-from-hospital service, invaluable.

I have no hesitation in providing a review for Caring Birds Consultancy because throughout the entire time of ourselves engaging them they have continued to provide the best care, guidance, advice and assistance in all things associated with my father for whom they passionately look after. The consistency
and quality of the individual carers have provided essential comfort to us all and although Dad's condition robs him of the chance to express his gratitude personally, his reactions in their presence are priceless, they bring the best out of him.

Excellent service. The birds cared for Mum with dignity and respect. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were very friendly and professional at all times. I would recommend the Caring Bird Consultancy team wholeheartedly.

I have cared for my 93-year-old mum for the past three years and it was one of the most difficult decisions to make to ask for help. There are many organisations out there and I held off for a few months until I came across Caring Bird Consultancy. Following a home visit and a long chat, I started the
care initially for three days then upped to four. The set-up is impressive with a phone app that means I can see who's visiting and I can read their report of how things have gone. This is very reassuring for me. I have met some of the carers and all seem lovely and well-trained. Recently my mum was not well and the company stepped in to help by covering a few evenings to make sure she was ok. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.
To sum up, I am so grateful to have found Caring Bird and I would like to thank everyone in the company for their commitment to caring for my mum. It's a small organisation with a big heart. Thank you all.

Dad seems pleased with the care he receives on the whole. Some carers are better trained than others. He would prefer a smaller team who could get to know his needs better but he never has any strong complaints. Sometimes he cannot understand the accent of some of the ladies. He would be better getting
up one hour earlier as he is often having his breakfast late and then he is not hungry at lunch time.
Your ladies keep him clean, change his bed regularly and are mostly very happy and pleasant when they call on him.
Some ladies say they are not allowed to cook, others prepare anything he fancies.

We are so grateful to Caring Bird Consultancy for looking after my mum, we contacted them after a bad experience with another agency and they quickly stepped in to help. The service is superb! They have a great team of care workers. They are always on time, and nothing is trouble for them. All very obliging. They go above and beyond the agreed care tasks. We strongly recommend the agency to anybody requiring care at home.

This is a very efficient and professional care company, who really care about their clients. The carers always reassured my mum who lives with Dementia and made sure she was ok before they left. I was always kept up to date about everything. I was very pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate

Very pleased with the service that my grandmother receives from the agency. They have never missed a call and always treat my grandmother with dignity. Highly recommend. Staff are always friendly and approachable.

Communication with manager/staff is very easy as well as the staff being kind and compassionate. I have no other words other than excellent service. Manager and staff are available 24/7 and have taken amazing care of my relative. Highly recommend!
