I have found Caring Bird very reliable and reassuring service to use. The staff are always pleasant and show kindness and friendship to my mum whilst visiting. They always keep me updated on her care. The app that they have is the most useful tool. It enables me to see who is going and the times, and after their visit, they write notes for me to read about how Mum was during that visit. When I am on holiday and unable to visit Mum daily, this gives me peace of mind. When you have someone you care for who is 92 years old with dementia, this service is invaluable. I have recommended caring birds to family and friends. Keep up the good work.

The care coordinators communicate regularly and effectively, letting me know when Mum needs new medication etc or when they have any concerns.

Chose this company based on it being local to Dad, based in his village, and because they were recommended and had good reviews here. Dad is 97, very set in his ways, also very resistant to getting paid care. I am an only child living 270 miles away. From the start the ladies were excellent. They listened to me and took on board my concerns for Dad. They turn up on time, do all the things expected within the hour. Been told Dad only has good things to say about them and he is very difficult to please. Also, they are prepared to be flexible e.g. changing the time of the visit to allow Dad to go to church on Sunday morning and accommodating my monthly visits with no issues. Today we cancelled because we thought Dad was going into hospital, then when he decided not to go I was able to reinstate the visit and not only did the lady turn up on time and make lunch and tea but also dealt with new medications. Only had one Saturday where the visit was missed. They offer a home-from-hospital service, invaluable.

I have no hesitation in providing a review for Caring Birds Consultancy because throughout the entire time of ourselves engaging them they have continued to provide the best care, guidance, advice and assistance in all things associated with my father for whom they passionately look after. The consistency and quality of the individual carers have provided essential comfort to us all and although Dad's condition robs him of the chance to express his gratitude personally, his reactions in their presence are priceless, they bring the best out of him.

Excellent service. The birds cared for Mum with dignity and respect. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were very friendly and professional at all times. I would recommend the Caring Bird Consultancy team wholeheartedly.

We are so grateful to Caring Bird Consultancy for looking after my mum, we contacted them after a bad experience with another agency and they quickly stepped in to help. The staff are very professional and kind, always making sure Mum is happy and comfortable. Mum looks forward to their visits and so does her cat! Caring Bird certainly live up to their name, the care they offer my dad is lovely to see and they always ask if there is anything else he needs them to do.

The service is superb! They have a great team of care workers. They are always on time, and nothing is trouble for them. All very obliging. They go above and beyond the agreed care tasks. We strongly recommend the agency to anybody requiring care at home.
