We charge half hour, 3/4 hour and hourly rates, plus a flat travel charge of £4.50 per visit. We also provide waking and sleeping night services. Full costings can be provided.

Your carers look after my mum and do a fantastic job, they are very caring, helpful and will do anything we ask. They do all her shopping, always willing to go the extra mile and as we live so far away it is so reassuring that they are there for her. Thanks for all you are doing we would highly recommend Helping Hands to anyone.
All of the carers who visit to assist my father are excellent and manage him very well. Sometimes he can be challenging but they have their way of coping with him and are very kind. They are prompt with their arrival times and give an excellent service.
My husband and I are very happy with the care we receive from Helping Hands. The Carers are reliable, friendly, helpful and reliable. They arrive on time always neatly dressed with a ready smile and prepared for any eventuality. Sometimes things are left out but that is inevitable when time is pressing. Some are quicker than others but that is only human. If there is a fault it is quickly dealt with by Senior Staff.

Meet the Team (1)
CQC regulations. We have a fantastic team in Stroud who all go above and beyond for our
customers. I am married to Simon and we have two girls, Lucy and Daisy.
As a family, we spend a lot of our spare time travelling around the UK for the girls to
compete in dance competitions and we love our camping holidays at the British seaside.
