Carers at Quality Care Dorset Ltd based in Christchurch, have been caring for my Mum since March 2024. They have been very kind and supportive of my mother and helped me to ensure her needs were met at home. Through some challenging times they have been very responsive and patient as Mum's care needs increased. They have shown great sympathy and understanding towards my Mum.
I was always kept informed of any problems and given advice and guidance when requested.
I highly recommend this care organisation as a first class care company.
He was losing the ability to walk far and they never rushed him and helped him in the bathroom and with personal care.
All the carers were a godsend and gave me so much confidence and I trusted them to care for him.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Quality Care to anyone who had a loved one or knew of a person in need of care, they are just the best.
My stepfather sadly passed away in August, he is missed every day but I'm so glad we had the carers who gave him kindness and allowed him to keep his dignity until the end. Thank you so very much. You are all legends.
Quality Care also looked after my mum for five years. They went above and beyond what was expected of them and I cannot fault their sensitivity and dedication throughout this time. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Our previous care agency deregistered from the CQC,so I was recommended to this company, and we have used them since March.Nothing has been too much trouble. They have been excellent from the start. They are becoming like a member of the family because the are so caring and friendly. My wife has Parkinson's with dementia,so it hasn't been easy for me,but they have made my life that much easier, and I cannot thank them enough for that.
Thank you for your feedback regarding our services. We have a great team that helps make all this possible and we are very lucky to have such caring staff who will always go above and beyond.
Fabulous care agency. Really impressive, experienced, caring and capable carers, owner, and wider office team. Flexible, accommodating and caring ethos runs throughout. They have built an excellent relationship with my mum, and supported her as circumstances have evolved. I feel extremely fortunate that they are based in this area and so we're able to benefit from their services. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you for being so interested in my mum as a person, for your interest and skills in supporting people, and for being so flexible and accommodating as our needs have changed.
Thank you so much for your review of our services it is hugely appreciated and we value your feedback, with the excellent communication from yourself this helps us to support you and your mum ensuring we are then able to provide a quality service.
From the very beginning, they provided not just exceptional care, but also genuine kindness that went above and beyond their duties. The attentiveness to his needs made him feel comfortable and respected. They handled every situation with grace and patience, ensuring my dad always felt valued and understood.
Their presence brought immense comfort to our family, knowing that he was in such capable and caring hands. They were not just carers, but became part of our lives, offering support and empathy during the most challenging times. Sadly, my dad passed away recently, but we will forever be grateful for the love and care they provided him. Their dedication and kindness will always be remembered, and we cannot thank them enough for their extraordinary service
It was an absolute pleasure to be part of your dad's care and an honour to be providing support right to the end. I thank you so much for this amazing review, this really is what care is ultimately about and one to be very proud of. This has been expressed to all the team from the care staff to the office team who really appreciate your reviews. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!
My neighbour and close friend was fortunate enough to be cared for by the team. His late wife had also been cared for by the same team. I have had a lot of connections with care agencies over the years and I have never encountered such a harmonious and delightful team. They all were so attentive, went the extra mile and were always amenable. The gentleman looked forward to their visits. He was even visited in the hospital and many of the carers attended his funeral which, I consider, speaks volumes. I would recommend them to anyone. Vulnerable people in the community are lucky to have such a caring company in the area.
Quality Care Dorset have been wonderful in the care they have and are providing for my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law has dementia and was initially reluctant to have carers coming in. The lovely deputy manager was amazing in alleviating our fears and so knowledgeable and kind to my mother-in-law. A comprehensive assessment took place taking into account all my mother-in-laws holistic needs, likes and dislikes. The manager and all the staff that attend to my mother-in-law are kind, patient, understanding and always professional. We feel very fortunate to have found them and can not recommend them more highly to care for a loved one in their own home. The support we have received as a family has taken a huge amount of pressure off us and given us great peace of mind in the knowledge that she is receiving excellent care.
Wishing you and your family the very best in the future.
What a fantastic team of ladies who in my opinion go the extra mile and always have a smile on their face and a pleasant can-do attitude.
They have been so accommodating and flexible in terms of helping in emergency situations which without them I am not sure what we as a family would have done.
I can't praise them all highly enough for everything they do on a daily basis to make sure my aunt and mum are comfortable and well looked after. I have seen such an improvement in my mum since coming under their excellent care and would highly recommend their services.
Well done ladies and please know you have my and my family's most sincere thanks for your hard work.
Mother died yesterday, as she wanted, at home at the age of 107, her latter years prolonged by the excellent care she received especially bearing in mind she was almost blind, very deaf and doubly incontinent. The women from Quality Care Dorset have been wonderful, made friends and looked after Mother better than I could have done.
My mother has received care at home from Quality Care since November 2020. Over time this has steadily increased with her increasing frailty to the level of 4 visits each day. The care has been really very good with some of the individual carers developing a close and very caring bond. The service has been responsive and proactive in managing her care and maintaining good communication with emergency services, GP, nursing staff, myself and of course Mum. In May she celebrated her 101st birthday whilst still in her own home; this was made entirely possible through the ongoing care and support given by QC. With anyone of this ripe age, care is not always easy and there are many unforeseeable events, extra demands and mishaps to be managed, sometimes at very inconvenient hours. I am pleased to say that Mum's needs were always prioritised; I am most grateful to all their staff.
Quality Care has looked after my elderly mother for some time now, and they really do care. She now has two carers four times a day due to her health issues, and they always ring me if they feel there are any immediate issues, and I know I can always call them. Someone will always answer the phone! The carers always take their time with Mum and make sure she is comfortable before they leave her. Kind, conscientious carers. Excellent service from the manager down.
Thank you for this fantastic review. Always great to get some positive feedback about our service. This really helps to boost staff morale, particularly with being so busy at this current time. It is an honour to be able to provide care for mum, and so, so happy she gets the service she deserves to have. Thank you again for this feedback; it really means alot.
The manager, two staff members in particular and all the girls, thank you so much for making a difficult time better, you really do care!
I can highly recommend them.
If it wasn’t that my father now needs 24 hour care I would still be using their services.
The team have come part of our family.
My aunt is 102 years old and is increasingly frail and suffering from memory loss. We engaged Quality Care, Dorset several months ago and they provide carers who visit my aunt four times per day. They are reliable and take on extra tasks, when required. They keep us in touch with any unexpected events and send clear monthly bills. The carers are personable, friendly and take time to chat to my aunt. The administration and management team have relevant experience and run a very effective organisation.
Many thanks for this review. It makes all the staff very happy to receive positive feedback.
The team at Quality Care have been wonderful to my dad, visiting him two or three times a day, helping with his personal and medical care and importantly, taking time to chat with him and treating him with kindness. The manager and team have always been very accommodating and quick to adjust if we have had to change his requirements. Thank you for the excellent care.
Many thanks for this review. I am so proud of the staff and how they care so much about all of our clients. We strive to achieve a service that meets all our clients' needs. It means a great deal to have these reviews. Thank you so, so much.
Thank you so much for looking after my Mother in the last stage of her dementia, all your team showed such care and compassion and were professional all the way through while helping with everything. I can’t fault the service you all gave, right up to my mother's passing.
Thank you so much for this review, it was such a pleasure and a privilege to be part of mum's care.
I would certainly recommend Quality Care Dorset. The support provided by Quality Care has been crucial in allowing my mother, at the age of 97, to continue living independently in her own flat. She speaks highly of the warmth and empathy of all members of the care team, and it is clear that they understand her needs and skilfully anticipate the help that is required. I receive regular updates, including emails and calls, to ensure that I am involved in my mother's care. This is particularly reassuring given the current lockdown as I live 300 miles away from my mother. This responsiveness typifies the quality of service that the team provide, and I feel that care is genuinely central to their ethos.
David many thanks for this review, it is hugely appreciated. It is not only an honour but a pleasure to be part of your mother's care. We are very lucky to have a great team that share similar values and will absolutely continue to provide a service that we can all be so proud of. Thank you so so much this will be shared with all the team.
What a fantastic company. They really do provide "quality care". I cannot recommend her girls highly enough. They have provided fantastic palliative care to my beautiful mum over the past few weeks and at all times with the utmost care and compassion and respect for mum (and for us). Thank you you really are all angels and have made this horrendous time more bearable.
Thank you so so much for this amazing review! Our mission here is to always put our clients first, to be professional, respect one another and be committed to continual improvement. We are so lucky to have a team that has compassion and experience with providing a quality service that our clients...
Quality Care Dorset has provided professional and compassionate care for my dad at the end of his life. They responded quickly to my enquiry, and care was in place within days. They treated both myself and my dad with respect.
Thank you Jacqueline for you amazing review. It makes it all worth while knowing you would highly recommend and to have positive feedback is amazing and was an absolute honour to of been part of your dads care. Very much appreciated.
