Cannot thank this team enough for what they do for us take excellent care of my mum she has dementia and staff engage with her which is so important and mum is much happier after staff have been. She gets on so well with all of them I would not be able to work if it wasn't for staff. Very confident and pleased leaving mum's care to all the team. Fantastic job. Thanks to all of you

This service is 5 stars, from the management down to the individual carers. The system caters for medical support when required and emergencies when needed. The carers will support in other areas also like fetching items from the local shop.

From the initial meeting and subsequent interactions with management and carers, it's clear that they actually want the best for my mum and they endeavour to provide continuity of care.

Excellent service would be recommended to anyone, the staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy, and their friendly approach soon puts you at ease, they have made my wife’s life a lot easier and comfortable.
The experience we have had with Sure Health Care has been excellent no complaints at all about the standard of care they give. The staff has been second to none my sister was well cared for and accepted the care the staff gave. It was reassuring to me that my sister was accepting of the help they took time and gave encouragement to her so she could do as much as possible herself. To both my brother-in-law and myself they were both friendly and polite and were always they with a smile. I would highly recommend sure healthcare to anyone who needs care.
My experience with Sure Healthcare has so far been pleasant. I have found the staff that come to see me to asses me very thorough and have listened to my needs. My carers are very lovely, listen to me and are gentle. All in all, lovely.
All the staff are really pleasant and helpful; they always go the extra mile to help my mum. They treat her with dignity and respect and always make sure she is comfortable - she really looks forward to their daily visits.
