Sure Healthcare have shown care and compassion to both our parents at a very difficult time. They are very reliable and kind, taking the extra time to get to know both mum and dad while still managing their care needs with dignity. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The manager and team please keep up the good work.

The visiting carers have been just so lovely and sensitive to Mum's needs plus knowledgeable and capable. All of them have been excellent but our usual carer has become totally indispensable and Mum looks forward to seeing her. We couldn't recommend Sure Healthcare more strongly. Brilliant!

Cannot thank this team enough for what they do for us take excellent care of my mum she has dementia and staff engage with her which is so important and mum is much happier after staff have been. Fantastic set of carers and management!

This service is 5 stars, from the management down to the individual carers. The system caters for medical support when required and emergencies when needed. The carers will support in other areas also like fetching items from the local shop.

Sure Healthcare are very helpful and professional carers who will support, they are very reliable and kind, I have no issues, please keep up the good work. no issue is too much for them and the amount of time they have for you really does amaze you.

The staff are very good and go beyond what is expected of them. They are caring in every aspect of the care they give. My husband is treated with feeling and dignity as if he were their own relative. We are both very satisfied with this service and would recommend it to future clients looking for independent home living care.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

Excellent service would be recommended to anyone, the staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy, and their friendly approach soon puts you at ease, they have made my wife’s life a lot easier and comfortable.

The experience we have had with Sure Health Care has been excellent no complaints at all about the standard of care they give. The staff has been second to none my sister was well cared for and accepted the care the staff gave. It was reassuring to me that my sister was accepting of the help they took time and gave encouragement to her so she could do as much as possible herself. To both my brother-in-law and myself they were both friendly and polite and were always they with a smile. I would highly recommend sure healthcare to anyone who needs care.

Absolutely amazing service from the whole team, prompt, friendly and supportive every visit! We only used the service at very short notice for some respite care over the Christmas holidays to support my mother after having some surgery. Would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone looking for care and wouldn't hesitate in engaging with them again in the future!

My experience with Sure Healthcare has so far been pleasant. I have found the staff that come to see me to asses me very thorough and have listened to my needs. My carers are very lovely, listen to me and are gentle. All in all, lovely.

All the staff are really pleasant and helpful; they always go the extra mile to help my mum. They treat her with dignity and respect and always make sure she is comfortable - she really looks forward to their daily visits.

I only needed the post-operation service very short term, but the service was responsive, timely and fully able to meet my needs. The carers were both friendly and used full PPE. They understood my needs and were able to meet them. My contact with the managers/office staff was efficient and helpful.

Had a lot of different carers, which is not ideal. Some better than others, which will always be the case. Family leave notes, but not always read. Carers not signing to say care plan been read? Carers seem to be friendly enough. So basically, average care.

I was impressed when I phoned Sure Healthcare that they wanted to see me before starting. Great start. I was given a list of carers by my social worker - I had six weeks after a hospital stay. The Care Co-ordinator came over and we had a talk about my care and a plan was agreed and carers started the following Monday. I am now in my sixth week and highly satisfied with the carers who as time goes on become friends. Very efficient and organised and a bright light in my day. Owing to my health problems, I am still isolating except from my family and three others!
