Sure Healthcare have shown care and compassion to both our parents at a very difficult time. They are very reliable and kind, taking the extra time to get to know both mum and dad while still managing their care needs with dignity. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The manager and team please

Sure Healthcare have been outstanding in caring for my 95 year old mother living with dementia.
The lead carer who coordinates things has been so incredibly helpful, organised and communicative. We just love her 'no nonsense, lets get it done' approach.
The visiting carers have been just so lovely
and sensitive to Mum's needs plus knowledgeable and capable. All of them have been excellent but our usual carer has become totally indispensable and Mum looks forward to seeing her. We couldn't recommend Sure Healthcare more strongly. Brilliant!

I use your carers on a 24 hours basis 7 days a week for my husband.
The carers that support my husband go above and beyond to ensure that his needs are met. They have also been a support to myself when I have struggled with coming to terms with everything.
They also show person centred care and put
the needs of me and my husband first.
Fantastic set of carers and management!

The staff are very good and go beyond what is expected of them. They are caring in every aspect of the care they give. My husband is treated with feeling and dignity as if he were their own relative. We are both very satisfied with this service and would recommend it to future clients looking for independent
home living care.
