The Carers and Caring Team at Unique Homecare are brilliant. I live a very long distance from my Mum and they keep me informed of what is happening with her health and support needs. This is extremely reassuring. They are very responsive to my requests and act upon them promptly, keeping me informed all the time. Mum really enjoys having the Carers come in to assist her and to have a chat.

Mum is listened to, feels safe and I know when I am away I can relax knowing they will be looking after her. All of the carers are very well trained and always spend the allotted time with my Mum. They carry out personal care, meal preparation and cleaning and do a thorough job every visit.

They helped me navigate my parents care needs, taking into account my parents wishes at all times while listening and understanding my increasing concerns about the fragility of their home situation. The care staff were respectful, supportive, caring, always listened and I always felt that they saw the person rather than tasks or a job to be done. My parents were therefore able to establish and maintain good relationships with them and feel valued, listened to and care about. The office staff were incredibly helpful, understanding and supportive. They did all they could to allocate consistent carers on a regular basis. They kept good time so my parents knew when to expect visits. . I always felt they were incredibly fair about costs and did all they could to keep them affordable. Excellent service all round during what has been a very challenging time.

I have been so impressed by the service I've received from Unique Homecare. Email responses to my initial enquiries were not only prompt but very helpful and I have subsequently been able to choose a level of care for my mother specifically tailored to her needs at the moment. The carers have been so willing, practical and friendly and very punctual too! Mum was also invited to a Christmas social with the team and other service users and although she was unable to attend this last one it was nice for her to recieve an invitation.

The lady who comes fortnightly to spend time with my wife, who has Alzheimer's, is very caring, professional and so very friendly. When visiting she fully engages my wife in conversations and spends time helping her with crosswords and word search books. While I can do these tasks having a someone else involved stimulates my wife's mind and does her a lot of good.

Overall excellent service from all involved in my care. Having just joined Unique Homecare Lincoln I didn't know what to expect. The sensitive, professional way in which I was approached came when I was at my lowest I can't thank enough.

I've only recently joined Unique as a client. I'm 83, male, and a stroke victim with fairly significant mobility issues. Living alone and needing further help at weekends I was advised to contact Unique. What a wonderful piece of advice. From day one it's been an exceptional experience. Admission procedures were swift and efficient, including a visit to my own home by a senior member of staff. What followed in practice was a template of that first impression. The frontline carers are first-rate. Punctuality and reliability are 'givens'. Generous with their time and spirit, they are such welcoming ambassadors to the quality of care that Unique provides. Administratively, the constituent parts of the company work in unison, all on the same page. Training of staff is rigorous and much appreciated. I experienced first-hand the shadowing visits for new recruits. I have no hesitation in recommending Unique to anyone seeking exceptional care provision.

I have been using Unique Homecare Services to provide personal care and home help for my mum for around six months now and our experience has been very positive.
