An excellent company who provided care twice a day to my father. The office team are very responsive and the care visitors are very efficient and caring. Me and my sister used the App to review visit information and take appropriate action.

I was completely unsure on how to pick a company for my mother, it's not something you think about until you need it. I messaged several companies who I had researched, Unique Homecare Lincoln being one because they are a small local firm so have more reason to provide the best care possible as there is a lot of competition out there. Unique were the first company to respond to my request, they were so friendly and helpful and arranged a visit where everything was explained to me & my mother. We explained Mums needs and requirements and agreed times for the visits. Mum was very apprehensive about strangers coming to her home but they are marvellous and now she looks forward to them coming for the company and the fact that nothing is too much trouble for the carers, whether it is personal care or housework, watering her plants or feeding her tortoise they are very supportive and sympathetic with her. Can't recommend them enough.

Great company, fantastic carers who cared for my mum so well, will definitely recommend to any of my friends and family who need top quality care. No rushed visits, and nothing too much trouble. Such a relief for me knowing my mum was safe and cared for every morning and evening.

When I needed to arrange urgent care in the home following a medical emergency Unique Homecare were recommended and they have been wonderful. The communication has been excellent from the very first phone call and the carers have been reliable, well trained, friendly and hardworking. Unique have cared for my brother for a couple of years prior to having to go into a care home. Their communication with the family is excellent and they have never missed a care appointment. The Carers and Caring Team at Unique Homecare are brilliant. I live a very long distance from my Mum and they keep me informed of what is happening with her health and support needs. This is extremely reassuring. They are very responsive to my requests and act upon them promptly, keeping me informed all the time. Mum really enjoys having the Carers come in to assist her and to have a chat.

As a family we can't recommend Unique Homecare highly enough. Unique's communication in person, on the phone and on the app was always clear and effective - at the same time friendly and professional. Nothing felt too much trouble.

Carers were always on time and treated Mum with kindness and respect, seeing her as an individual and responding sensitively to her changing needs. They also supported Dad with practical tasks and their presence gave him some valuable respite as he cared for Mum.

My Mum has Unique carers helping her every day and has done for a couple of years now. It was such a relief to find a care company who cared, are professional and do such a great job. Mum is listened to, feels safe and I know when I am away I can relax knowing they will be looking after her. All of the carers are very well trained and always spend the allotted time with my Mum. They carry out personal care, meal preparation and cleaning and do a thorough job every visit.

They helped me navigate my parents care needs, taking into account my parents wishes at all times while listening and understanding my increasing concerns about the fragility of their home situation. The care staff were respectful, supportive, caring, always listened and I always felt that they saw the person rather than tasks or a job to be done. My parents were therefore able to establish and maintain good relationships with them and feel valued, listened to and care about. The office staff were incredibly helpful, understanding and supportive. They did all they could to allocate consistent carers on a regular basis. They kept good time so my parents knew when to expect visits. . I always felt they were incredibly fair about costs and did all they could to keep them affordable. Excellent service all round during what has been a very challenging time.

I have been so impressed by the service I've received from Unique Homecare. Email responses to my initial enquiries were not only prompt but very helpful and I have subsequently been able to choose a level of care for my mother specifically tailored to her needs at the moment. The carers have been so willing, practical and friendly and very punctual too! Whenever I've had any contact with Unique, whether in person or by telephone, it has been friendly and efficient and my overall impression so far is one of a very professional service. I've personally felt so reassured at what has been a difficult and uncertain time and I'd recommend them to anyone in a similar position.

Mum was also invited to a Christmas social with the team and other service users and although she was unable to attend this last one it was nice for her to recieve an invitation.

The lady who comes fortnightly to spend time with my wife, who has Alzheimer's, is very caring, professional and so very friendly. When visiting she fully engages my wife in conversations and spends time helping her with crosswords and word search books. While I can do these tasks having a someone else involved stimulates my wife's mind and does her a lot of good.
