In 2018 Rachael joined the Continuing Healthcare Team in Bassetlaw in the role of Nurse Assessor working alongside the CCG. This required skills and knowledge in the provision and commissioning of care in the community through conducting comprehensive assessments of the mental and physical health needs of service users and their subsequent care requirements to ensure that those needs were met to ensure the best quality of life.
In the community, she saw first-hand the lack of high-quality care services in the community, with many offering poor continuity of care, changeable visit times and a lack of peace of mind for clients and their families. She started Unique Homecare Lincoln Ltd in 2020 with a vision of building a company that provided only the highest quality of service to each and every one of the clients, and a workplace where team members are nurtured and feel valued in their roles.
Kelly has extensive experience in the Teaching and Education sector, joining Unique 3 years ago following a career change. Kelly brings with her a wealth of transferable experience and has progressed from starting as a Health and Well-being Team Member to Care co-ordinator, and is now our Registered Manager! She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company and ensuring that we meet and exceed our regulatory responsibilities, ensuring high standards of care are maintained throughout the service. She is completing her Level 5 in Leadership and Management to further develop her knowledge and progress into senior roles.
Jodie is dedicated to finding only the right people to join our amazing care team, who share our values of providing a holistic model of care that goes above and beyond, whilst striving to make a difference each and every day. She ensures that all our team receive comprehensive training enabling them to deliver only the highest quality of care to our clients.
Rachel joined us in March 2022 and has progressed from starting as a care team member to now leading the team in a supervisory role. Rachel has extensive experience in homecare and assists with Mentoring the team and ensuring we maintain the safety of the service with audits, spot checks and quality assurance visits.
Natasha started her journey with Unique in March 2022. As Senior Care Supervisor she assists with all aspects of the day to day running of the company and is completing her Level 3 in Health and Social Care to further develop her expertise and knowledge.
