The care I receive from Unique Homecare Services has been excellent from the very first day. The carers ask me what I need help with so we can work together if needed. Having a regular carer is good for me, as I know who is coming. If there is anyone new coming, they let me know who is coming.

Unique Care's team have provided an excellent service for my mum who has Alzheimer's. Mum has greatly enjoyed the visits when she is able to chat with her carers, play scrabble and even do some crafting, which are all things she has missed doing. All of this has been very important in terms of Mum's mental health, which we have seen improve after each visit. The care team have been extremely professional, responsive, caring and also have communicated with us extremely well throughout Mum's time with them, which has been of great comfort as we do not live close by.

Unique have been so accomodating as I've had to change the care plan almost on a weekly basis for a week period. Nothing has been a problem for Unique and the care provided has been nothing but professional. My father looks forward to his daily visit and we can rest assured he is getting the care/treatment we wish for and don't need to worry about a thing.

The manager and the team have been looking after my mum, who has significant dementia, over the last 3 months following the loss of my dad. They have been professional, caring and thoughtful in their contact with her. Often remembering stories that she has told them and engaging in conversation about her life when younger, where her memory leads her. They have always provided a high standard of care, showing real kindness and have enabled me to keep my mum in her own home, which I thought would not be possible. They are punctual and reactive to changes in my mum’s needs, from personal care to cooking fresh nutritious dinners, nothing is too much effort for the carers. I would completely recommend Unique as they are as their name suggests - Unique in their commitment to providing the best.

We cannot rate the service and care shown by our carers, high enough. Our parents were visiting us for a week and we knew Dad needed care to help us all enjoy their stay with us, thankfully we found Unique Homecare Services. The friendliness, attention to detail and care provided by them each morning was truly amazing. Thank you so much for your help.

Great service from a dedicated, friendly team. The level of care and attention received was quite simply superb. I have nothing but praise for Unique Homecare. My mum was cared for by staff who genuinely care and enabled a speedy recovery. Well done team.

I have only clicked the 'Neither Unlikely or Likely' category as I don't have any friends or family who would need this service. For me, it is the wrong question. However, the service that Unique Homecare Services provides is absolutely outstanding. Above all, they were totally flexible with our needs, something which other caregiving companies were not willing to be. In this respect, they are truly Unique and I applaud them for having the understanding that not all caregiving needs fit into the same pigeonhole. If I had the opportunity to refer them to anyone, I certainly would. 100% professional, friendly, punctual, courteous and they listen. They are a godsend.

The manager and Unique Team have been, and continue to provide daily care for my father since he came out of the hospital. Not only do they support my dad with his personal care, but they also assist with day-to-day tasks to help my mum, such as making and changing beds, cleaning, ironing, vacuuming etc. My parents know that they will have the same familiar staff each day and are becoming very fond of them. Trust is very important. I am so relieved to have found such a professional and caring company.

The MD and her wonderful team stepped in at very short notice to help care for my Aunt when she came out of hospital after hip surgery. They have all been most considerate and very supportive of getting my Aunt to try and regain her independence and nothing is too much trouble, including picking up prescriptions to help me out. In summary, simply the best care one could have.
