The service from Unique Homecare has been excellent from the carers and the office staff. I have recently asked for an extra morning visit for my Father and this was quickly sorted out. Would definitely recommend it.

Overall I'm really pleased with Unique Homecare. The carers are friendly, understanding and very kind to my husband and me. In fact, on occasion, when I haven't been feeling great, the office staff have contacted me to check I am ok. I would be very happy to recommend Unique Homecare and, actually, have already done so.

This is the best thing I have ever done, my stepfather never wanted any help from a carer. I can honestly say he is very grateful and happy with the care he is receiving. So thank you very much. I know if he needs more help with anything I will be only too pleased to let you look after him.

I have had the carers for about two years now and am very satisfied with their service, young and the adults. Nothing is too much trouble and they always ask before they leave if there's anything more I require them to do or need.

From a glowing recommendation in early August 2023, it was a short wait to put in place care for my husband with a marvellous man whom we have the greatest praise for. He is skilled in motivating, engaging, instilling trust and carefully managing my husband’s personal care and dementia. A bonus is that I am more relaxed about the part that I play because I have ‘me times’ and have backup. There are two relief workers whom he has introduced in case he’s not available. The organisation has a person-centred/excellence ethos.

Unique provide a high quality, friendly caring service. The carers are well trained, patient and empathetic and the company is efficiently run and reliable. Unique have enabled my mother to remain in her own home much longer than we thought would be possible and she looks forward to their visit every day. Highly recommended.

Mum has been receiving care from Unique twice a day since the middle of March this year. Everyone is so friendly and kind - nothing is too much trouble. The office staff always respond promptly and politely and are very helpful. The carers are lovely with Mum - she looks forward to their visits. They are respectful and courteous and a breath of fresh air!

I get on well with the carers who visit me. They really are caring ladies and report on small or large things that they don't think are right, so I can contact my surgery. New carers are always shadowed before they attend me solo! This care company always ring me if a carer is going to be late due to a previous client or traffic hold up. I am provided with regular lists of carers visiting me once a day for 45 minutes. I am always happy to see my carers each day.

I decided on bringing carers in to look after my mother for a couple of days a week, (Mum has Alzheimer's) the first contact with them they explained everything that they would do when they went to my mother's. I feel Mum is in the perfect company when Unique Care are with her. Thank you. I can honestly recommend Unique, they have been really helpful with everything they are what it says - Unique Care! Unique Homecare Services were thorough with their assessment to identify our mum's needs, and as a result, got everything right! The team in the office were professional and reassuring and the "on the ground" team of carers were kind, courteous, understanding and patient with our mum. The care they gave was of a very high standard, the carers were prompt and reliable, gentle and most importantly kind. Coming to Lincoln as a student, I needed to use a care agency for the first time and I couldn't have had a better experience! All the carers I have met have been absolutely lovely; very helpful and easy to talk to. They feel much more like a friend or an aunt helping out, than an external party. They've been flexible when needed, offering to help out with extra tasks and made moving away from home so much easier.

From our initial enquiry, they got back to us in a timely way and had care in place for my mother, in her own home, within the time frame we requested. My mother broke her leg and whilst it was in a plaster cast, she had to be in a nursing home. As soon as the plaster cast was removed and she was in a leg brace she was able to return home. This would not have been possible without Unique Homecare who provide exactly the care she needs. Her carers are delightful and she enjoys their company as well as the vital service they provide to help her maintain independent living, which is so very important to her.

When Mum came out of hospital we had no idea how to find a Home Care Provider to help her maintain independence in her own home. How happy we are to have found Unique Homecare! From the very first telephone contact, they listened to what Mum wanted and needed, and have reflected this in the care that they provide. It's been fantastic to have consistency in the carer coming in to see Mum each day. Mum has loved pottering about with her plants, doing a few chores, going for a walk around the village, and having her carer collect shopping for her - a really personal and flexible service. We would wholeheartedly recommend Unique and their great team of carers to anyone wanting to arrange home care for a relative.
