Natura Care Solutions is a person-centered care agency with an attentive, thoughtful, patient, warm-hearted staff team that go above and beyond. Examples include showing impromptu acts of kindness, like bringing flowers to cheer the client or sourcing a waist-high garden planter to help someone continue gardening as a hobby. Bespoke care packages are designed and reviewed regularly. The uniqueness of each client, their interests, personality and personal needs form the basis of the care plan. Care workers and managers alike professionally demonstrate good all round knowledge around medications and side effects. At times of crisis they stay to support the client and family.

Such a shame that other care companies do not follow Natura's example, for this small company is exemplary in every way. All staff, through to management, will go the extra mile. They are true carers in every sense of the word. I am so grateful to all concerned.

Natura Care provided night care for my 91-year-old father until very recently and I can't speak highly enough of the individuals in the agency. Everyone who dealt with dad was caring, professional, just so thorough. Nothing was a problem and dealing with the office was also always very easy. I'm not sure if they have night carers at present, but I know for a fact that the way this agency is run, all of the care they offer is of the highest standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The care we have from Natura is excellent. She has got to know her client very well, which does help, and he gets on well with his carer.

I have no hesitation in recommending Natura Care Solutions. They have been providing first-class care for my father since he was able to come home from hospital, and support for my mother who also continues caring for him. The ladies take care of his complex physical and mental needs with respect and do not hesitate to liaise with the GP and community nurses. They even arranged for him to have his hearing and eyes tested at home which has made a great difference for his wellbeing. They go beyond what I could have expected and me and Mum are so pleased that, with their care and support, Dad is able to remain in his own home which during the whole Covid restrictions, has been wonderful. They really do care.

For eight months, I have been using the services of Natura Care for my elderly husband and have been more than happy with the standard of care provided. The administration is always extremely efficient and the staff is both professional and kind. My husband is very happy to see his carers and I am confident when leaving him in their hands.
