Support carer communicates well and is always on time. A regular service is provided and I feel that the client is safe . Support is as flexible as it can be and a range of activities are carried out to meet his needs. Feedback is provided and useful imformation passed on.

Overall Experience
Client has been supported by Reeds for past 3 - 4 years. She gets help with weekly shopping, banking and medical needs, where she gets support with attending appointments. Daily medications are supervised with a record being kept of all doses. She also gets support to enable her to go out for a meal, approximately once a week.
Last summer attended a review with staff from Reeds, social worker and client, which was to ensure needs were being met as appropriate.

Client has good rapport with staff, and one in particular.
