My brother is looked after very well by his live in carer and visiting carers. They are kind, respectful and caring to him. They have been caring for my brother for quite some time now and we are pleased with the job they have been doing.

Arriving home from hospital, S&P Care helped me with washing, dressing and preparing meals. I am usually completely independent, but couldn't have managed without their care. They were also happy to find objects or things I found unreachable, or help with tasks too difficult, such as changing the bed linen. I couldn't have managed without their friendly, cheerful, kind and reassuring care. Pleased to have S&P Care in my home. They got me back on the road to independence.

We were very happy with our carers, who came while we were recovering from an accident. They were friendly and helpful and we looked forward to them arriving each day. Couldn't ask for better and are grateful for their caring help.

I can honestly say that S&P Care Services have been complete heroes to us since our father was discharged from hospital with high care needs nearly a year ago. Maintaining high quality care for him and their reliability has been a Godsend. Their communication has been excellent and they go above and beyond to ensure that my Father is treated with respect and also refer him on to medical professionals if they have noticed any issues. They are lovely people - communicate well with my father and the rest of the family - have fun with him at Christmas, bringing a karaoke machine for him to sing carols with them. Truly exceptional service and care and I cannot fault them at all. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody needing a trustworthy, high standard level of care for their loved ones.

My mother in law came out of hospital where she had been for several weeks following a hip fracture operation. Discharged with a care package from S & P Care. Since our very first home assessment the service has been excellent. Fully understanding her care needs, being clear to set out what each visit would entail and demonstrating through the app the delivery of the expected care after each visit. The app itself is a brilliant communication tool that enables full transparency for us to see what has happened during each visit. She has dementia and can be difficult and forgetful, however, the carers are clearly patient, friendly, polite and respectful. They complete the care tasks on each visit and then regularly make time to help her with rehabilitative exercises and informally chat to her, encouraging her to reflect over past experiences, in particular her dancing. S&P support her to take regular medication and feedback any care issues to my wife and I. Thank you S&P

My brother has a long term complicated illness. I visit and stay with him and his excellent wife for several days every few weeks. To continue to experience the impressive exceptional care provided by each and every individual S&P carer is both humbling and massively reassuring. They make their difficult multi-skilled safe-guarding roles appear easy. Generous smiles and warmest greetings are followed by professional, efficient, thorough, gentle physical attention and a good deal of laughter. They carefully ensure my brother's dignity. Importantly, without a doubt, their twice daily visits are also psychologically uplifting for all present. Sincere heartfelt thanks, congratulations and respect for being totally brilliant.

We are really grateful for the care that S&P provide for our mother. The carers are always happy, polite and very gentle and caring towards her. They make the time to chat with her which she particularly enjoys.

S&P have provided a four times daily care package for my brother since his visit to hospital in September 2023 and, as a family we have been delighted with the professionalism and sensitivity of each one of his carers. At the outset of care we had some worries how he might react, given his solitary lifestyle over many years, but those concerns were soon laid to rest by an obviously well trained and super friendly team. S&P have been extremely responsive to changes as care needs have developed and we are so grateful for their help and guidance - and availability, when those occasions arise. S&P Care Services has been a divine send. My mother is terminally ill and is receiving end-of-life care. The staff at S&P have exceeded all our expectations. My mother was previously with another care company and the care she received was terrible. So we frankly did not expect much difference but we were so surprised by the difference in care. S&P staff have just been incredible! They are so caring, do their job diligently, with so much respect for my mother. She is so happy and they bring a smile to her face although she is bed-bound in pain and very frail. The staff deserve every award available for carers. The management team are true leaders. S&P support family members with an app so we are able to see all day how our beloved mother is doing. I am truly grateful to each and every one of the staff who make each day a delight for my mother. The team at S&P provided incredible care for my father while we waited for him to be transferred to a residential care home. Management and carers were always kind, polite and helpful. I live overseas, so I loved having access to the daily care notes through the app, as well as the ability to message the care managers using another messaging app. These things made the situation more manageable across our differing time zones. I can't thank S&P enough for their help and compassion throughout a difficult process.
