The staff were always so positive, and nothing was too much trouble, and I would certainly recommend their excellent services.

All the carers were lovely and very helpful. Always asked if there was anything they could help me with after they had emptied my catheter and if I had taken my medication. I look forward to seeing them and am missing them greatly.

After coming out of the hospital, my father-in-law needed care as he got his mobility and independence back. The care given to him was great; every carer made him feel at ease, was always friendly and, importantly, treated him with dignity and encouraged him to do things on his own whilst supporting him when needed. Three and a half weeks in, he is independent again. Great care and great service.

The service provided by S&P has been one of a very high standard. They all showed respect to the client at all times, made sure that all needs and requirements for the client were met at every visit a day, seven days a week, and each carer that came was kind, happy and very helpful to the needs of the client. Really good positive vibes at all times and took great interest in the client from day one. I would recommend S&P to friends and families for sure.

We were thoroughly delighted with the care my mother received from all the staff at S&P Care Services. They made the transition from hospital to home with care and consideration. They were always very thorough, never rushed and made sure she was always comfortable. They made suggestions that we welcomed which made our lives so much easier, like the hospital bed. By now I think my back would be in a much worse state than it already was, it has been a godsend. The carers were all very polite and became part of the bigger family caring for Mum. There were difficult days when Mum was uncooperative, the carers just took this in their stride and carried on always in a professional manner. We were sad when the carers were changed when Mum's care was transferred to a social worker. She is still getting the care but it doesn't have that special touch that the staff at S&P gave Mum for the first few months of her being home with us. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

A first indication of the excellent care service to be provided was when senior S&P managers arrived on the evening of the day that I returned from the hospital. They were highly professional, sympathetic and knowledgeable in preparing my care plan. What followed was daily visits from a team of dedicated carers. Over four weeks, they cared for my every need - washing, dressing, helping around the house and attention to a rather painful bed sore. Every single one of the carers was courteous, respectful, skilful and with a positive approach to recovery in supporting me and my wife (age 87). I have no hesitation in recommending S&P Care Services to everyone.

S&P Care Services was arranged by NHS to look after my husband twice a day after hospital discharge. The care and professionalism of the whole cheerful team have been absolutely fantastic. They have helped him bring back his confidence and independence with their support, advice and guidance, which was also given to me too, as I'm profoundly deaf; always spoke very clearly for me to understand. If we need S&P Care Services again in the future, we would definitely recommend them again. A big thank you for all you have done for us.

Thank you all for the wonderful care and compassion shown by all team members. The team are a credit to this company. My husband particularly loved seeing one of the team; he would get very chatty when she came. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who needed home care - I would rate them as excellent.

The wife really enjoyed getting to know all the staff/carers and would highly recommend this company. Even though it was a younger team, nothing was too much them and was able to cancel the carers at short notice if we wanted to go out for the day.

I found S&P Care Services easy to deal with. They were easy to contact by phone and returned calls when expected to. I never felt as though they didn't have time to listen to me. My stepmother reported that all the staff that cared for my father were kind, patient and willing. They rang if they were likely to be late and, on one occasion, even stayed over the allotted time rather than leave my father alone.

Having been allocated S&P to look after my mother for a few weeks from hospital discharge, there was no hesitation in privately funding their service as she needed ongoing visits 4-times a day. The happy and friendly team, ably lead by the hands-on proprietors, provided dignified care, often going above and beyond my expectations to ensure Mum was as comfortable as possible towards the end of her life. Personally, the peace of mind that this brought me was invaluable, knowing that she was in safe hands and S&P always had her best interests at heart. I even felt that I was looked after as well. I could not rate S&P highly enough.

S&P Care Services Ltd did a wonderful job of looking after my wife. Two of the staff were the most kind and caring carers as were their young team, and they were always cheerful. At first, they were visiting three times a day, but with their care, my wife became more independent, so the visits went to two then to one. In the end, she could manage on her own, and we could stop the visits, but we miss their cheerful company. If we need help again, S&P Care Services Ltd would be our choice; they were kindness itself.

After some awful experiences with other care companies, we had given up hope with finding good carers for my mother. She lives with us and has Alzheimer’s, so it can be very challenging looking after her. S&P has been caring for my mum for a couple of months now, and I only wish we had had the pleasure of them starting sooner. All the staff communicate brilliantly with my mother, making her feel safe and comfortable and even making her laugh a lot.

Nothing is ever too much trouble; they go above and beyond, and I feel so confident leaving my mother in their capable hands. She has made great relationships with her carers, and it’s the first time in a year we have been able to leave the house as a family and not worry about the safety or well being of my mother.

We think of S&P more like friends than carers; we are so thankful for all of their help. Would highly recommend it to anyone needing care.

Was directed to S&P Care directly by NHS when my mother was discharged from hospital needing careers at home. My mother had never needed carers before, so didn't know what to expect. The whole thing was quite daunting! But I can honestly say I need not have worried. The care and professionalism of the whole team have been absolutely wonderful. They go above and beyond to care not only for their client but for the whole family. Always there for any concerns or questions, we may have had.
