The wife really enjoyed getting to know all the staff/carers and would highly recommend this company. Even though it was a younger team, nothing was too much them and was able to cancel the carers at short notice if we wanted to go out for the day.

I found S&P Care Services easy to deal with. They were easy to contact by phone and returned calls when expected to. I never felt as though they didn't have time to listen to me. My stepmother reported that all the staff that cared for my father were kind, patient and willing. They rang if they were
likely to be late and, on one occasion, even stayed over the allotted time rather than leave my father alone.

S&P Care Services looked after my mother following her discharge from the hospital, and she could not have been in better hands. The whole team are very professional, showed great compassion and provided excellent care. S&P coped extremely well to changes in my mother’s circumstances, organising everything
that was needed to keep her comfortable. Not being local, it was great to know Mum was being so well looked after and to be able to keep in touch with her progress via the app. Mum really enjoyed the company of the carers and looked forward to their visits.
I cannot thank S&P enough and have no hesitation in recommending their services

The carers were all high quality. Each was empathic, kind and very caring. They all had a high degree of skills and knowledge and are obviously well trained and supervised.
Mum was very appreciative of all her carers.

Having been allocated S&P to look after my mother for a few weeks from hospital discharge, there was no hesitation in privately funding their service as she needed ongoing visits 4-times a day. The happy and friendly team, ably lead by the hands-on proprietors, provided dignified care, often going above
and beyond my expectations to ensure Mum was as comfortable as possible towards the end of her life. Personally, the peace of mind that this brought me was invaluable, knowing that she was in safe hands and S&P always had her best interests at heart. I even felt that I was looked after as well. I could not rate S&P highly enough.

S&P Care Services Ltd did a wonderful job of looking after my wife. Two of the staff were the most kind and caring carers as were their young team, and they were always cheerful. At first, they were visiting three times a day, but with their care, my wife became more independent, so the visits went
to two then to one. In the end, she could manage on her own, and we could stop the visits, but we miss their cheerful company. If we need help again, S&P Care Services Ltd would be our choice; they were kindness itself.

After some awful experiences with other care companies, we had given up hope with finding good carers for my mother. She lives with us and has Alzheimer’s, so it can be very challenging looking after her. S&P has been caring for my mum for a couple of months now, and I only wish we had had the pleasure
of them starting sooner. All the staff communicate brilliantly with my mother, making her feel safe and comfortable and even making her laugh a lot.


Nothing is ever too much trouble; they go above and beyond, and I feel so confident leaving my mother in their capable hands. She has made great relationships with her carers, and it’s the first time in a year we have been able to leave the house as a family and not worry about the safety or well being of my mother.


We think of S&P more like friends than carers; we are so thankful for all of their help. Would highly recommend it to anyone needing care.

Was directed to S&P Care directly by NHS when my mother was discharged from hospital needing careers at home. My mother had never needed carers before, so didn't know what to expect. The whole thing was quite daunting! But I can honestly say I need not have worried. The care and professionalism of the
whole team have been absolutely wonderful. They go above and beyond to care not only for their client but for the whole family. Always there for any concerns or questions, we may have had. I can only hope that all care providers are as amazing. A huge thank you. Will not hesitate to recommend you to all I know.
