Health and Alliance Home Care was founded by a family with a vision and intention to create a care company with a difference, one that always puts the service user at the heart of what they do... a company that goes above and beyond all expectations... services don’t stop at care, they offer home maintenance for the elderly... gardening, cleaning, odd jobs and general repairs... the team can fix the niggly things that never seem to get done, in addition they can provide a regular housekeeping service.

It began as a vision for the two Directors, through years of working in the social care sector for different companies experienced frustrations within their role that were out of their control... little things like not being able to spend time in call to chat and provide quality companionship to service users, due to the demand of the calls their were rushing to and from. Difficulties of the pressure to complete the calls within the unrealistic required time frames, they turned this frustration into their personal mission to set up Health and Alliance Home Care and ensure that the core of their business is the quality of the actual care provided to the service users, simultaneously relieving pressure from family.

Recruitment is a thorough and lengthy process, through which the highest calibre of Care Givers are employed, trained and competent to deliver the ethos of the families legacy through conscientious staff who are to be consistently monitored in their delivery of quality care within the local communities.

It’s important to each member of the team to treat service users as they would treat their own elderly family members.

Empowerment of such a team within the diverse and inclusive environment is a strong passion of the Directors and the management team they have behind them!

An absolutely positive experience - very straightforward company to deal with from the initial first phone call to the daily care received. Made a very quick transition for my beautiful father much easier with prompt, efficient and caring staff. I cannot fault any of the staff. the have all bee supportive
and professional. This company is by far the best we have used and I would recommend their service to anyone.

Mum has now had the experience of three care providers, and Health and Alliance Home Care are by far the best!
All of the carers are very professional and friendly and take care of Mum's needs. Communications with the management and offices are easy and good. The company are proactive in updating the
family with any matters arising that they feel are relevant, which is a comfort to know.

Since joining Health & Alliance Home Care we have found management to be very helpful, polite and always prompt at updating care needs. I have a lady come in three times a week and her disposition and sunny nature make these visits highlights of the week. I do not know how I could cope without her - as a representative of Health & Alliance she is the best possible advert they could wish for!

I am very pleased with the care given to my mum. Mum suffers with Alzheimer which makes it very difficult for us living in Germany. The Carers do their utmost to help and often go even a step further then they need. When I call them with my worries there is always someone there with an open ear and
often suggestions of how we can help further.

From the start of Moms care they have been kind, professional and considerate to both Mom and the family. We were already impressed with the reliable service and care they were providing. Then following a short hospital stay and then a surprise release Christmas eve the team went above and beyond to
accommodate Moms extra care and made sure it was implemented immediately. We didn't have to worry about a thing as the transition for extra care was seamless we can't thank them enough. It is so comforting to know that Mom is safe and cared for in her own home where she wanted to be and that all her needs are being met. She looks forward to their visits and it is so lovely to see Mom happy and content. It feels like the team are part of our family. Nothing is ever too much trouble we highly recommend their services to others - we thank you all.

I care my husband who has dementia. I first contacted Health & Alliance Home Care in 2020 when I was having surgery as a day patient and needed someone to look after my husband, Health & Alliance Home Care were the only company who would offer a one-off visit. Since then I have used them to have a regular
weekly night off to go to my choir. I have found the staff to be proficient, caring, helpful and cheerful. The look after my husband very well and I can relax knowing he is in good hands.
