Lily has her Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and is now currently completing her Level 4 practitioner in adult care. Lily started on work experience and has progressed over the last couple of years. Lily is really supportive of other staff; she's hardworking and a great team player.

Julie is a Care Giver at Health & Alliance Home Care. She has a wealth of experience in the care industry. Julie is very hard-working, caring and compassionate. Julie has now semi-retired, but continues to support Health and Alliance as a Bank worker.
Paisley has been a member of the Health and Alliance Team since 2024. She now works as a Bank worker. Paisley has always enjoyed working in health and social care. Paisley works hard, is caring and has great relationships with clients and Staff.
