I broke a humerus bone nine weeks ago and also spent 24 hours in hospital. I found it difficult to get assistance but after a delay, the NHS stepped in for 7 days. Then I was recommended three agencies and for no real reason chose Livingstone Care Solutions. For 17 days their ladies called and helped
me prepare for the day. I have nothing but praise for their help and am so pleased that I chose Livingstone.

I needed care for the first time after a major operation. Livingstone Care Solutions responded quickly to my enquiry and sent a senior carer the same day to assess my needs. I needed care for seven days, twice a day and the same carer came apart from one occasion. It was a pleasure to be cared for by
kind, caring, empathic carers. The level of care enhanced my recovery and I recommended and will use Livingstone Care for future care needs.

We have been involved with at least five care agencies. Livingstone Care Solutions was our last care agency and the difference it made to my husband was enormous. Previous carers were almost always talking to each other over my husband’s head, but the carers from this agency never did. They only talked
to my husband in quiet voices. Time did not matter, there was no rushing and all the carers were so patient and treated my husband with such dignity. I could see the difference it made to my husband almost from day 1.

The care that was given to my mother was absolutely amazing. The team that supported her throughout her last months were caring, professional, kind and understanding and dealt with her needs always with a smile, patience and integrity. I could not have done this without their help. Truly beautiful,

I have had a wonderful experience with Livingstone carers. I was quite nervous when my mum came home from hospital with a care package in place. From day 1, I felt at ease. Two carers came each time and quietly, respectfully and professionally looked after my mum. They have been a huge support for me
too as I worried about taking care of my mum alone, just knowing they were coming each day was so reassuring.
I knew they would deal with any problem I may have had. They are brilliant at what they do, they are my heroes.

Having this wonderful care company was a real blessing in our lives. They were so caring compassionate and always professional. My niece trusted them completely she was treated with such dignity. Their care was delivered in a calm, unhurried and gentle way. I would hear them making my niece laugh which
was a great comfort. The carers helped to make the last few months of her life comfortable and more bearable. They also gave comfort to us her family showing us great care. They enabled my niece to stay in her own home for as long as possible.

Pivotal in managing to keep my sister at home, in her own magical space, at the end of her life, We cannot thank you enough. Caregivers were always tender, professional and empathetic and immediately become valued members of our family. Experienced, knowledgeable and always available day and night.

Since Livingstone Care Solutions took over my care package in October 2021 I have always found the entire team to be of an excellent standard. Very professional, always friendly and full of advice, they are a joy to be around. I cannot find words of sufficient value and praise that can reflect how lucky
I feel to have them care for me, led by an excellent Manager who always is in the field supporting her team and being a good leader. I wish I had found them earlier.

I was very sceptical after seeing the CQC reports but was totally blown away by the service we received.

Livingstone Care Solutions provided end of life care for my dad at home after he was discharged from hospital. He wished to spend his last days and weeks in his own home with his wife and three daughters, and with the wonderful support of the Manager and their team visiting three or four times every
day, over a period of nearly three weeks, he was able to do this.
We are all so grateful for the efficient and reliable care that dad received each day. All of the workers were cheerful and warm, always looking after him with great dignity, tenderness and humour! They also spent time with mum, building a trusting and supportive relationship with her too, which was a great comfort for her.
The team were sensitive at all times to dad's needs as well as our family as a whole, were never in a rush and were always willing to answer our questions.
We highly recommend this organisation to anyone looking for care in a similar situation.
