How lucky we were to discover Livingstone Care. They have been wonderful. Each morning they arrive with a smile and dedication to take care of my husband's needs with respect and love. He was always pleased to see them and enjoyed chatting to them. Also, they cared about me always checking that I could cope. In the last weeks, they called three times a day ready to help.

The Manager and her team were everything you could have asked for when my husband needed care. They were very kind, treated my husband with dignity. Always explained everything they were doing to him. I would recommend Livingstone Care without a doubt.

Mum was with them for a short time as we needed more hours and unfortunately, they didn't have the availability at the time. Saying that we were very impressed by the dedication to caring for mum with kindness, compassion, and love and also being there for us in these difficult times. They always came in with a genuine smile and brought happiness into the home. We would recommend them and already have. If you want your loved ones to be treated with dignity, respect, and loved as a well-liked family member, then Livingston Care solutions is a very good choice to make.

Their advice was invaluable, regarding equipment and who to speak to for further help. Incredibly, with Livingstone Care’s support, Mum surprised everyone by getting out of bed and enjoying sitting in the garden having a drink and snack. She also started talking again. Previously, in hospital, she had been bed-bound, not eating, drinking, or talking, and was not expected to live for more than a week. Livingstone Care told us that “this lady is living”, and indeed she was. With the skill and love of Livingstone Care, we had three extra months with you.

Care received for my sister was exemplary, with a few teething problems to begin with, which is to be expected whilst everyone gets to know each other but when things changed 24-hour care was put in almost immediately very impressed. Thank you

The manager and her dedicated team looked after Mum during the last weeks of her life. The care we all received was amazing they looked after Mum so well they were always gentle and kind, not just to Mum but to her family. I would recommend them most highly.

The care given to our loved one by Livingstone Care Solutions was second to none. The staff are kind and gentle and really made the effort to get to know both him and us. They always arrived with a smile, shared a laugh with my husband and showed that they genuinely cared about all of us. As it is a smaller company, we really benefitted from the same carers visiting us each day. They were always punctual and professional. Their support and fantastic care enabled us to keep my husband at home until he passed away. We would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful team.

Livingston Care came into our lives when my mother-in-law was in the late stages of cancer. Their care and support allowed us to keep her at home till the end. They are such a wonderful team, each one very professional, kind and caring. They treated my mother-in-law and my home with respect and love, allowing her to keep her dignity at all times. If the need arose, I would definitely use them again. True angels, everyone.

Excellent - Livingstone Care have been fantastic. They have treated me kindly and with respect. When they visit, they take care of my needs, as well as take time to sit and chat with both myself and my wife. The carers are always smiling and very friendly.
