We have been using Walfinch services since May 2021. We find the team helpful and professional. Any change to the rota are communicated quickly and they do their best to be flexible. The times of the calls, which is of particular importance to us, is very reliable.

We have been using Walfinch services since May 2021. We find the team helpful and professional. Any change to the rota are communicated quickly and they do their best to be flexible. The times of the calls, which is of particular importance to us, is very reliable.
The carers themselves are kind and considerate with high attention to detail and, in these Covid times, their hygiene regimen is very good.
