The management team has been incredibly supportive always helping me and resolving any issues I have. They are consistently there for me in all situations, which I truly appreciate. I'm very thankful for their support and very happy with the service and support
The care, compassion, professionalism, punctuality of all the care staff is impressive. Their encouragement of the physical challenge of my rehabilitation is excellent.
Well done all.
we are very pleased with the service provided by caremark. The carers are pleasant and treat Barbara with the upmost respect. the only issue we have is their punctuality, they sometimes turn up early which can leave a gap until the next care visit.
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback
We are very happy to hear that you are pleased with the overall service and that our carers have been treating your mother with the respect and kindness she deserves. Your positive comments mean a great deal to us, and we...
I'm very pleased with the level of care my mother receives, her specific carer is very thorough and keeps us up to date as much as possible. My mother's carer is always very polite, patient and kind to both my mother and myself.
Great help with my mum for when I'm at work . Carers are good with mum , arrive on time and will let me know if they are running late . They complete everything that needs to be done from showering mum to putting in the washing and giving mum dinner when I can't
All in all the carers are respectful and always willing to help me..
I have no problems or complaints, my carer is a lovely person and really helps me.
My carer is Jinju
My mother is really happy with the service too
We couldn't ask for anymore
Thank you
I have met all the carers that look after mum and not one of them has given me any concerns at all. If I have ever had to add an extra visit at short notice they have always sorted it out. Mum tells me they make her laugh with their little jokes they have with her. Its reassuring to know that mum is also happy with them. Mum has so many health issues on top of her dementia so been able to take a break from mum and know she is in good hands is priceless. The carers know I am always there for them if any concerns with mum and I know they are always there for me. These are not just carers they CARE. Amazing, outstanding.
Caremark have always been extremely responsive when changes are needed. All the carers that come and look after mum are kind and caring, but I would single out one lady as an extremely good carer. She will always attempt to get mum to eat something and keep trying different things to encourage her to eat.
My mother has been a client of Caremark for years now, she has used these services before from other companies, however in terms of reliability, friendliness and dedication Caremark has been the best in our opinion. I could not have coped without them as my mother needs a high degree of care. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, by the way my mother is close to 100 years old and she has had all sorts of health ailments so you can see the level of trust I place in this company.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We are truly grateful for your trust and continued support over the years. It means a great deal to us to hear that our team's reliability, friendliness, and dedication have made such a positive impact on you and your mother. We're honoured to provide care for someone so special , and we'll continue to do our very best every day.
Don't have much to say about the careers poor service don't do nothing but make drink and sitting around then leave don't do any cleaning shopping washing or tidying up or changing beds it's not valuable for money.
Thank you very much for your feedback, we always appreciate the opportunity to improve our service. I do feel it is important to mention that the Family member your review is referring to whom we have provided care for since 20/07/2023 thinks very highly of our service as a whole and the extra...
I have been very happy with my carers. They have universally been cheerful, even if I am grumpy on those occasions when I've had a bad night. They cajole me into doing exercises to get me fit. I love them all.
The care is good and they look after my mum's needs and help with things I'm unable to help my mum with
Caremark employees provide excellent care taking care of my everyday needs. I have had Parkinson's for 15yrs. I can't praise the owner and her team for what they have done and continue to do for me, my health and well being is so important . Nothing is ever too much trouble for office manager and care assistant is like a breath of fresh air, looking after my needs , always professional, polite, and respectful.
We did go through a rocky patch, but time keeping and the number and professionalism of the carers has much improved. Due to this most carers know Mum’s preferences and routines, so know when she can do things for herself and when to intervene. Mum enjoys the company provided by some carers who can chat, engage with her and make her smile. Despite Mums dementia she has a very independent spirit and without your care we would not be able to comply with her wish to remain in her home. Throughout, I have been able to contact your office with any issues, and concerns are usually addressed promptly.
I hope this level of care and communication will continue and even continue to improve.
Thank you for your kind words and support; we are pleased you are happy with the service we provide to your Mum.
Coming up to one year of fantastic care for my husband after a severe stroke leaving him bedbound and unable to communicate well. All carers have been kind, patient and got to know him and his needs. He looks forward to their visits. I couldn't have gone back to work without this amazing service. Thank you.
They are always willing to do the tasks which I ask them to do.
I have spoken to the manager and other staff on the phone and they are always helpful and willing to help.
Having nothing but problems with Caremark services. The person is great at the office but some of the carers are just not up to the job. Not providing adequate food for my mum. Many days just a sandwich. Paying for a 30min call for the carer to disappear after 10mins. Just seem to do the very bare minimum when other tasks could be done.
When my daughter's care became too much for me alone, l was really worried about allowing a carer into the home to help with my daughter. I don’t know why I was so worried, the carer has been amazing and having good quality care is helping half the load on myself. My daughter who is a very good judge of people loves her carer to the point she sits and looks for her out the window and will allow them to do things she puts up a fight with me doing. The carer has been nothing but professional and very kind and caring with my daughter who has complex medical needs.
We have used Caremark (Wakefield) now since last year and I have to say I'm truly grateful for their professional approach. Everything was booked in prior to the appointment date and sent to myself by email address giving all the information I needed. Staff were prompt, friendly and courteous which put my child at ease. He had a lovely time and together with the help of staff, created some great fun work. Staff filled in all necessary paperwork and made both myself and my child feel valued. I have stated in the value for money as Don't Know as payment is sent via other means

Meet the Team (1)
Julie has worked as a Nurse in the NHS for over 13 years, she has a passion for providing care and support to those who choose to remain living in their own homes and wants to cement her commitment to the community of Wakefield by opening this new in-home care business. After a long career in healthcare, she has been closely involved in the provision of health care for people, mainly the elderly population, and have seen them with their families as a unit and has come to understand their individual, family and social needs.
She became passionate about caring for the elderly and developed this desire to provide the highest standards of professional care and support, backed by Caremark’s systems and processes and ongoing support, at the heart of my business. She’s always wanted to help people and developed a passion towards social care in the community whilst working within the NHS. She has opened a business because she wants to reach the most vulnerable people and genuinely make a positive difference to their lives.
